The air conditioning and the ventilation system is not working properly to much moisture in room.

The pool and the location. The staff was not helpful with supplying towels. The floor was wet when we arrived to the room. Housekeeping never came to clean or switch out towels.

They had a pool which was nice Broken toilet, no smart tv, the “breakfast” was toast and cereal.

There was no wifi at all and my room was blocked from Internet so I could not even use my hotspot. When I contacted the man at the customer service counter he was dismissive and not interested in helping. He was very rude. I needed to conduct business from my laptop but wasn't able so my stay was not productive or satisfactory at all.

Although when I had got there ti the hotel room i had gotten , the bed was not made , but I didn't want to complain about it too much since it was already late at night , but it was still amazing . Thank you .

Nothing They had roaches crawling everywhere the toilet we had to pull garbage can of water down it to flush. The sheets on the bed was filthy. We went to the store and got sheets and put on the bed. I’m going to sue them because I checked in 13 and checked out on the 14th For $91 and something I made a mistake and they had that I’ve been there on the 11th and check that on the 12th which I did not appear. The owner said he would return my money to $84 then he sent me an email sent that he could not do it. I can see if the hotel was up to standards, but it was so nasty if he sent me my $84 then I will leave it alone, but I got videos of all these roaches and we had to go to the store and purchase sheets and pillowcase. They just cheating people out of their money. I would like to have my $84 back in my account that it took off my card.
