While it was clean and the people were nice, the tv screen didn’t work properly, the water took a long time to heat up, the parking lot is in disrepair

We were traveling on business. It is basically a truckstop hotel but the guy working the front desk was beyond rude not helpful at all. I wanted to get my money back and leave he was that bad.

Manager woman was extremely rude, she wrote up her staff for following hotel policies while she kept changing them per day. Every day was a new problem, charged us $100 for a bed sheet THEIR WASHER ruined and then $160 for a pet fee! Bugs, AC didn't work

I was only there for an unnecessary medical appointment, and the hotel made the trip feel even worse. I would not recommend this stay unless you have no other option.

I had paid for three nights but when I went to cancel the two remaining nights, the person at the reception desk was not helpful at all (unhelpful or unqualified). I had to get Expedia to intervene to get a refund and wait for a room inspection to get my $100 security deposit back. Even Expedia had issues dealing with this hotel according to their email sent to me. In the past, I had stayed at other Red Roof Inn hotels with no problems. This might be an exception but I’m not planning to find out any time soon.
