Perfect location

The location was perfect not far from the arena. The building itself was lovely and the bar welcoming with excellent staff. When we first arrived we were given a fantastic welcome and assistance by the hotel reception staff and were able to access our room early. Breakfast also excellent. Nothing really, looking forward to going back there sometime.

This is a fantastic hotel- the decor throughout is stylish and good quality. You feel very safe and secure in this hotel. The air conditioning is great and the entire hotel is very clean. The staff are wonderful and so welcoming. We had room service and the food was delicious. We loved sitting in the hotel bar every night as it was so relaxing and the bartender was brilliant. Great location and really easy to walk to nearby shops and restaurants. We will definitely be booking to stay here again when we return to Verona. Only small improvement would be the shower. We found the shower was tiny and the handles on the shower door were quite sharp if you caught your skin on them.
