Hotel Verona

Great hotel, good value, clean, good breakfast, with air con, right near the main sights of Verona. They also have secure baggage storage lockers for a small fee (€5). Nothing, v good value.

Exceptional

The location is hard to beat for events at the Arena. It is a pleasant 5minute walk. The staff goes up and above to make the check-in process as easy as it can be given its high-traffic location. The two spots in front of the hotel work well for drop offs and the staff will assist with getting cars into their lot (if there is room). The elevator is small, like two people with bags small. This can be a challenge at checkout time when many groups are using the elevators, but we found it managable.

Not too far from centre Bathroom and shower were great Where do we start? WiFi very poor and keeps dropping ALL the time. 1 mirror in whole room and that's in the bathroom. Walls and room appear very bare and appear almost unfinished. Noisy and got woken up with neighbour opening a tap more than once. Very expensive for 1 double bed and a sofa bed. Pillows are limited and thinner than a good sized duvet, no good to have your head pressed against the metal bar of the sofa bed all night. No sockets or switches next to one of the beds, at this price, totally not acceptable. No obvious instructions re pricing of items in fridge in room. Stayed in better hostels during this Italian holidays! Apologies but would not recommend. Poor

Very close to the old town and also not too far from the main bus and railway stations Good to have aircon and we were able to check in and leave our bags on the morning of the day of our arrival which was much appreciated. We had no problems during our stay It was perfect as a base for exploring from - the room was practical and had whatever needed

Excellent hotel in Verona. It is located minutes away on foot from the arena, on a nice central avenue. Parking was easy and the staff was amazing and really helpful about anything we needed. We had two rooms, one regular room and one appartment that were both comfortable. Nothing really.

Very clean and our room was spacious - studio with separate bed room. Great, modern and clean bathroom. Good italian style breakfast, with very good coffee made fresh by the waiter. Staff is very polite and communicative. Very helpful every time. I did not like the way we had to get to our room - one lift to the 3rd floor, than pass the internal hotel door with a touch card and than another lift to the 4th floor.

Super helpful staff- from reception, to cleaning staff and breakfast team. Spotless hotel. Excellent location- 15 minutes to train station on foot; 15 minutes by taxi to the airport; 5 minutes on foot away from the centre. The only thing I would say is that breakfast is the same everyday- even if the cereal and fruit options to add to cereal were interchangeable that would simply enhance what’s on offer. That being said, the coffee is excellent and the team serving at breakfast are absolutely delightful, highly conscientious and exceptional!

The loft apartment was an amazing space for a family of five. There was so much space to move around in. The balconies were an added bonus. It was very clean, great facilities and an excellent location to explore Verona
