Pastries at breakfast were amazing it was just a little bit small and fairly basic but was ok

Very clean hotel just minutes walk away from the arena, staff friendly and really nice bed and bathroom. Got a really good night's sleep here. Nothing, perfect budget hotel for a visit to verona.

Very close to the old city ànd convenient. Rooms were cleaned daily, staff were very helpful. Bathroom was too small. Air conditioning didn’t work properly.

The hotel was clean & had good air conditioning. It was not far from the train/bus station (15 mins walk) or from the old town area (5 mins). There was a shop nearby & restaurants. The breakfast was nice & the morning ladies serving it were very friendly & helpful. The room was very small as well as the shower. While everyone else was friendly & pleasant, the young person who checked us in was not very helpful. Did not even say hello. Actually I don't think he said anything to us except for 'passport'.

I have mixed feelings about this hotel. The location of the hotel is great, very close to the centre of Verona and very convenient for the Arena. There are lots of lovely restaurants a short walk away. The breakfast was lovely with a good selection available. The building itself is lovely but it needs a bit of thought and attention to make it more appealing. The staff were lovely. I didn't find it value for money. The room was bland with a very modern print - it just didn't feel welcoming. The picture was balanced on something above the head and was not secure. The bathroom didn't function as it was too small and the shower was so small is was barely useable. At 9.59am the light was turned off at breakfast - I haven't been anywhere where this happens, you can usually sit and finish a drink without being rushed.

Close to the train station, the staff were awesome, and the breakfast was good. Italy was experiencing a heat wave, and the AC really didn't work. It was placed above the door and blew directly to the bathroom door. Not into the room. I had to sleep at the foot of the bed to be semi-comfortable.

Great location (walking distance to sightseeing spots). Very friendly and kind staff! The bed was comfortable and the room was very clean. It is an older hotel and it could be a bit noisy due to loud guests, but nothing too bad (always bring your ear plugs)!

The great location of the hotel. Breakfast could have been better.

In terms of location, this place was a pretty short walk away from the Arena, Casa di Giulietta, and various shops/piazza. The room itself was clean, but very dated. The breakfast was fair, but there wasn't a great deal to choose from. The saving grace for the hotel was the staff, they were very helpful and friendly and I appreciated their advice on things like taxis to the airport. The room itself just wasn't that great. I'd read a few reviews saying that the shower was small and, to be honest, thought they may be exaggerating. It's fair to say, they were not. The shower was the smallest and most awkward I've ever used. The air conditioning wasn't great and didn't do a very good job at keeping the room cool when it's particularly hot outside which somewhat defeats the object of having it
