There was nothing i didn't like

Reception desk is separated from the hotel where rooms are. When you manage to reach destination you realize reception is behind you. Also be careful not to miss the street as turning around the city to get another chance to enter the street is frustrating experience.

Clean, not extremely expensive, nice staff. More or less what you need to stay a night or two in Verona. We had a cat with us - pet-friendly hotel! Even though there is private parking in the description, they told me I should pre-order it. Well, probably my bad. They also have a bit of a funny arrangement: two different buildings (though very close, about 30 meters between them), one with reception and another where you actually stay.

Its a good hotel (or rather part of the hotel) close to city center but out of city noise. Comfortable bed with non-syntehic linnen and blankets.. bethroom size - its too compact

When I arrived at the hotel appeared may reservation was made on different date by my mistake. Hotel proposed another room where we stayed 1 night. I was very disappointed when hotel refused to reimburse my money I paid during reservation, although I stayed in their hotel.

I HIGHLY recommend Hostaria Verona roma 4 restaurant. Francisco is a wonderful host and his charming dad from Sicily will cook you a fish fresh from market if you ask for the right time day! I found the staff the least helpful here. We unfortunately arrived on a very rainy day and it was not made clear that the desk usually staffed was in a separate building, across and down the street from our building. There was never anyone at the desk in our building during our three night stay.

Awesome location on the lake and close to castle. Did several swims off back stairs. Nice outdoor shower. Easy access by bike. Nice biking and ferry options. Excellent breakfast. Another night might have been nice.

Location, room and breakfast service. 2 hotel buildings, 1 reception for 2.

Clean linens and towels. Aircon is functioning well. Walking distance from the Arena di Verona, restaurants, and 10 minute taxi ride to the train station. The staff are super nice and friendly. Breakfast is molto buono! Bathroom plumbing needs fixing fast. Funky smell in the room.

.However, private parking was a bit difficult

Finding the reception was really hard. Had to call in to find the reception when we arrived (our rooms were not on the same building as the reception)

the hotel is in a really good central position around a 5 minute walk to Pizza Bra & Arena. it had a lift & whilst the hotel had no reception we checked in at the sister hotel across the road. our room was on 3rd floor, small but clean. r was taken in the other hotel which was varied & tasty. the shower was really small when in it & the toilet was difficult to sit on due to proximity to shower.

Good location, pleasant room, Check in was slightly confusing but nothing significant. No kettle.

Room away from main hotel Had to walk down road to breakfast was not expecting that when booked.No facilities for making drinks in room .This is greatly missed.

A nicely-located hotel with pleasant staff and decent breakfasts. It is on a quiet side-street not far from Castelvecchio. Having to go to a different building, down the street, for breakfast was a bit odd, and a little uncomfortable in the rain.

Location of hotel excellent,close to everything. Rooms were clean. Being housed in a separate building to reception. Not the safest. Breakfast was OK. Staff hit and miss. Bathroom amenities shower etc not the safest.

Location - 10’ walk from the train station and close to the centre of town. Loved Verona. Heaps of lovely restaurants close by. Lovely breakfast. Nothing to add here.
