everything went well but great difficulty finding the Hotel. Nothing comes to mind.

My room was huge and comfortable! Very clean and had everything I needed and the location was perfect! The guy in reception was also very friendly and accommodating! I didnt catch his name but he spoke with me in English and he was super polite! :)

The room was cold, especially the bathroom. The radiator in there wasn't working at all. We went there in December, so it's the time when heating should work properly. Also, the shower doors can't close properly.

If you are looking for a cozy calm and well connected place for your stay in Verona, go here. Very good quality-price balance, rooms quite big (even if a bit old) and the staff is really kind and always available. N/A

Location, clean(ish), comfortable bed. Met expectations for a 1 star hotel. Minimalistic with a few odd things here and there but we were prepared for it, and knew it would not be top level. Could leave luggage before check in and after check out which was great A few broken things like the tap spraying all around and the ac making weird noises all night. We expected that. The lack of a mini fridge in the heat of August.

The hotel is very central in location , rooms are spacious and clean and beds are comfy. The staff is very polite and helpful ,Sofia at the reception was very kind when i got sick on my last day and all the others were helpful too Only thing i didnt like is lack of kettle or fridge . Internet bit unstable ,otherwise all good

The location was perfect for seeing everything in Verona. There was some mild mildew in the room.

Location Very simple room, not even a glass, nor did they have a tourist map. Shower ceiling was dirty and I’ll repair. TV very small, the “clicker” broken can supply pictures.
