An excellent stay during the busy Verona festival season! Check-in was smooth thanks to a professional and responsive host. Shared bathroom was no problem — it was clean and easy to coordinate with other guests. You’re just a short walk from the city center, right across the river. Great value.

The accommodation is situated in a strategic position along the river Adige, just a few minutes walking from the centre and all the main attractions. We lived a unique experience in Verona, including the Opera at Arena. La Giara is the perfect place to say in. Our room had a private toilet, a terrace, a big bedroom. Super clean and quiet, the staff was very kind and supportive. It wasn't our first time in Verona, but La Giara is definitely our place from now on. There's nothing we didn't like. Everything was perfect.

Great location to explore Verona. The hosts had lots of valuable tips for my stay and were very friendly and easy to contact. The rooms and shared bathroom were super clean and very cosy. I felt safe as a solo female traveller and had an unforgettable time. Unfortunately, the people I shared the bathroom with were not familiar with the toilet brush. This is not the responsibility of the hosts but an existing "risk" when sharing a bathroom.

The entire complex is extremely clean - both the bedroom, bathroom, and common area. The host was very friendly, and it was a short 5-10 minute walk into the center of town.

Host was lovely. Very friendly and helpful. Allowed us to leave our luggage before our room was ready. Room was spacious and had our own mini suite. Mini toiletries included which was lovely. Great outdoor space. Water provided in a nice glass bottle Air conditioning was adequate but not amazing

Location was quite good. Cleanliness was very good. Suite was big. Not much noise (window faced courtyard) We only got one key for 2 people. AC unit was extremely loud, and was in the ante-room, not in the bedroom and could not be moved. We were discouraged from using AC too much since it would blow the fuse.
