Amazing location and very helpful staff. Air conditioning worked well in extremely hot weather! Decor and furnishings had seen better days and felt lots of the soft furnishings could do with a deep clean.

Proximity to old town and R&J balcony, Kristina on front desk was excellent and made us feel very welcome. Room was spacious and functional. Very little to dislike, perhaps the shower system could be reviewed and a sink in the kitchen area would be nice.

Great location, room was very clean and comfortable. Lovely welcome from Kristina and Lucca. Excellent instructions and information for our late checkin. We had a lovely stay. The room was worn with some broken furniture, chip on the sink and stain on a cushion. Needs a bit of a refresh. Wouldn't expect this at this price.

My room overlooked Juliette's balcony! Nice view of the balcony at night when everyone leaves. Good breakfast. The host is outgoing and very helpful. It was hard to find the first time. It next to Juliette's ticket office.

The location is perfect. Walking distance to all sights and landmarks. Restaurants on doorstep. Rooms are clean and beautiful. Kristina was fabulous and made our stay even more special. Such a wonderful member of staff. Perfect views of the Juliet balcony, especially in the evening. Would definitely recommend!

The staff was extremely helpful and cordial. The property was clean, the water hot and plentiful and toom smoke free! Breakfast was tasty with lots of options. Can't say there was anything missing, other than perhaps a swim pool, lol

If you are looking for accommodation that feels truly Italian, with a stunning view of Juliet’s balcony, in the heart of Verona with the most fabulous hosts (Luca & Kristina) don’t book anywhere else. That we only stayed one night

It’s quirky good size had a nice comfortable bed plenty of storage fantastic location would definitely recommend for exploring the city also has a fridge and mini bar …breakfast was great boiled eggs toast a variety of ham and cheese cereal yogurt fruit coffee tea juice It was warm and there are no controls for the air conditioning it is set at 23 and could not be adjusted for us it needed to be much lower …after a day exploring in very warm weather it would have been nice to return to a cool room …light over the basin not working …toilet roll holder hanging off the wall …a tie back missing from a curtain it was just left hanging …no milk for tea or coffee on arrival …bathrobes in the bathroom but couldn’t find the slippers mentioned in the facilities…attention to detail lacking
