- Central location in the city center, and being able to walk to different main sites - Late night check-in option - Strong air-conditioning - Breakfast had a lot of fruits - Staircase to hotel entrance may be difficult for elderly visitors or those with large luggage pieces - One hotel guest was phoning in the staircase and the sound traveled quite a bit

The hotel was fantastic. Breakfast had a lovely variety and the terrace was the perfect place to sit out and enjoy an aperitif before heading to the opera. The staff were ever so friendly and made our stay very comfortable. The air conditioned rooms on arrival were beautifully refreshing, much appreciated and we looked froward to coming back for a siesta after lunch each day. Rooms and facilities were spotless. We would return in a heartbeat. Classical hospitality like this is hard to find and we loved it.

Location excellent to explore the city and was in the centre of culture. Breakfast was amazing. Fresh fruit and continental options. Slightly noisy outside but to be expected in city centre. AC slightly ineffective but it was a week of 38 temperatures

Very friendly and helpful staff. Location in the historic centre of Verona. Lovely rooftop bar and breakfast terrace. Access is via a steepish staircase.

Wonderful stay! The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, the location is perfect in the heart of the city, and the terrace is a great place to enjoy a coffee or evening drink. We would happily stay here again.

What is not to like about this gorgeous boutique hotel? From the location to the staff members, everything was exceptional. I was very disappointed that I only booked it for one night because our stay in Verona should have been at least for 2 to 3 days. I will definitely come back because the experience we had coming back from hours of walking being greeted with respect and happiness was gold. Nothing. Everything was exceptional.
