The rooms were nice and cozy. The location was very good. The owners were flexible with the check in time.

Location is central and great to explore Verona The advertisement was not very clear about the place having FIVE rooms and only one bathroom. The place was very dirty, especially the kitchen where I found bundles of hair wrapped around every chair legs.

This property is in an amazing location, right on Verona's main shopping street, which makes getting around incredibly easy. You'll find it super convenient for exploring the city's attractions on foot. What really stood out was our host, who was genuinely one of the most polite and helpful we've ever encountered. Their exceptional hospitality truly enhanced our stay. I wholeheartedly recommend this location for your visit to Verona.

Perfectly located, easy to get in. Clean and tidy

The property is very centrally located The room is not as shown in the photos it is more toned down. The room could be cleaner the bedsheets are not good and the “external Private bathroom” could be cleaner and have soap. For the amount of money paid it could have been much better if we had paid less we would have complained much.

Location One could leave the bags there after check-out. Terrible Decor, as if you live at your old grandmother's kitsch house, full of terrible plastic flowers and kitsch paintings.... Frightening, really. On the website it looked like it could be "different".. but in reality, in loco, terrible. At least for anyone under 70 years. 1 Bathroom to share with many. No air-con, just loud fan. Indeed free coffee, but coffee mashine broken. (Some free basic cookies available) - nothing like the pictures Has a little common terrace in the apartment, But it is soo dirty and so full of broken things, that you dont really feel like staying there.

Location was perfect it is in very centre so it is basically close to everything..it is also only 25min walk from train and bus station

I really appreciated all of the common room amenities, including laundry, coffee, and even a computer with a printer. The room was also gorgeous with an enormous gilded mirror in it. Highly recommend!

Cleanliness could have been better, particularly the bathroom. The mattress was uncomfortable as it was an old mattress and it sagged in the middle. There was no one to meet us when we arrived. I do not particularly like this new fashion of no hospitality whatsoever simply because the guest can now key in automatically.

The location is perfect for the Center of Verona. Facilities were great. Nothing everything was great

Excellent place near Piazza Erbe and tower, quiet spacious room with charm of Verona, ability to use kitchen, bathroom was in the corridor but I could use it alone. Air conditioning, it was too cold during the day but was turned off or lower at night which was good to sleep in comfortable temperature. Coffee in the kitchen and snacks in the room, also found cornetto for breakfast :)

The accommodation was beautiful and clean. We felt comfortable here. The owner helped us with everything and perhaps the best thing about this accommodation is that it is located in the heart of Verona so it is close to everywhere.

Great location, very clean and and very easy to access.

Rooms have lovely design. It is in a great location. The coffee machine was good. No staff on premises at all to clean up between guests. Shared bathrooms were dirty and mouldy, despite us being the only guests. Breakfast was minimal and not representative of photos on booking.com

It’s in a great location, very central. the rooms are spacious and comfortable the staff were just never ever present. like no one is there. you just leave your key in your room to check out and are given codes to check in. which would be fine if it was a hostel but for the price and the fact that it’s a hotel/b&b you’d expect better
