Staff extremely attentive re checking in and facilitating parking of our car which is in an offsite garage a brief walk away. Lovely decor of common areas. Conveniently located in historic center of Verona, a short walk from the piazzas and the Arena. Excellent breakfast. Highly recommended 4-star property.

Very nice place, great location, spacious rooms, good breakfast. Only small things. The dependency to a staff member to get to the car parked in a (secured) garage 400 m from the hotel. Complementary water only the first day; they tried to sell it to us the second day. It’s not the money; it’s the gesture when guests pays 300-400 EUR per night. I propose the management to make the rooms 402 EUR per night and include the water.

Lovely hotel with pleasant staff. Great room and good breakfast too. It is right in the middle of the town so everything is on your doorstep. I would def recommend. Also there is a fantastic Osteria just around the corner - Osteria dal Cavaliere - the food is amazing and the staff are very friendly there too, we ate there twice the pasta dishes are very good. Nothing.

5 minute walk to the arena. Spacious room with comfortable bed, seating area and wonderful shower. Staff were outstanding- they helped us recover sunglasses we had left in a taxi, gave excellent restaurant recommendations and were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great also. Lovely seating areas downstairs. Location is just beside the shopping area but on a quiet street. Restaurants nearby also. Nothing - it was perfect
