The location was perfect, within walking distance to many shops, restaurants, as well as to the hop on hop bus and taxis. A short block to the Verona Arena. The breakfast offered many selections that were delicious. The staff was very professional and accommodating. N/A

The location was great!! Very close to the arena. Clean, modern and spacious rooms. Staff were very helpful. Enjoyed our stay here. Everything was just fine.

Friendly, welcoming and helpful staff. Excellent location in the heart of the city (old town), and very close to the Arena. Airconditioned (thank goodness). The breakfast was excellent, great selection of juices/smoothies and flavoured waters, good coffee, plenty of choices including fruit, cereals, seeds, nuts & dried fruit; plant milks and croissants for vegans. Plant based butter and one of the cakes (there was a delicious looking array) would have been great. Plenty of choice for non vegans. The room was was modern & clean, it had everything we needed: kettle and coffee machine (the pods were too highly roasted for us), small safe, mini bar, compact but good bathroom with shower and bidet, and nice towels. The bed was a decent size and was comfortable, but we would have liked softer pillows, and the hand soap was a little harsh. One plant based sweet treat (cake), and some vegan butter/cheese at breakfast would have been nice

Happy staff, elevator to the room, the room had all the amenities needed, comfy bed decent size bathroom and had a terrace which was nice. The breakfast was also very good. Room was quite small, but other than that, the hotel was perfect for a couple of nights.

Right in down town Verona at less than 150 m from the famous Arena. Good breakfast and friendly staff. We didn't know about the "button" to shut the curtains - ask for it at reception when the room is too bright :).
