Perfect location with amazing, friendly, helpful staff, who looked after our every need. Would probably book a bigger room next time but then I knew what I had booked.

Room, staff and roof top bar were awesome There wasn't anything we didn't like
-
I can't say that, because I had no issues .

Excellent location and great facility. This time we stayed at the Apartment for 5 which is few blocks (5 -10 minutes walk) from the Coliseum. The apartment was Great! The breakfast was excellent and with great variety. The staff was friendly and respectful. They helped us with Taxi arrangements. I will definitely stay here again. Ah, we attended the opera show and it was also great! I like everything about the room, staff, location. No complaints at all

I paid full price over $400 a night for the hotel in front of the arena, it did say it was a separate building i didn't see any specification of actual location and I thought was a building next to or almost next to the main hotel. For the distance of the room they gave me , I would have paid half the price at other similar hotels i saw.. The full price was for the location which I did not have, very disappointed

Very modern apartment, good location and friendly staff. Have my recommendation.

We had a great stay.

The location was perfect and the roof-top view was phenomenal. A message at the spa would have been nice.

The location is terrific for exploring the city. The hotel is on a quiet street just off the main shopping and central piazza. The breakfast was abundant and the coffee among the best I've had in Italy. The staff were friendly and eager to help us from the moment the front doors opened. The room I rented was small.

They actually needed up putting us in their sister hotel Verona House Aparthotel which turned out fine but it changed our location a bit. They gave us a larger room which was lovely to have more space. The staff was outstanding. Everyone was gracious and went out of their at to help us and make our stay easy. Nothing

The location was excellent: next to Arena and close to everything. We can see arena through our window. Every staff made us feel very welcomed and comfortable. The breakfast was excellent. The rooftop has amazing views and excellent dinner. Love everything of this hotel.

The location was quiet and close to everything. The staff was extremely helpful and attentive. We also enjoyed the breakfast buffet which had a big selection of different foods.

The room was very nice and spacious. The booking.com description of the property does not state, as far as I understand, that the "separate building" is not at the same location as the hotel. In fact, the separate building is located quite a distance from the hotel and is not located within steps from the arena. I am quite familiar with citta antique and I still had some difficulty finding the offsite "separate building." This is not transparent from the booking.com listing. Fortunately I did not have any luggage. The price for the "separate building" was not a good value; with that being said, the "separate building" accommodatio was very nice. I would have liked to visit the bar at the hotel with a view of the arena. Yes, I could have come back from the separate building to the hotel but it was not convenient. Knowing what I now know, I wouldn't have paid a premium price for the "separate building." IMHO, the better business practice would be to make very clear that the "separate building" accommodations are not at the same location. Of course, it makes one think the hotel intentionally omits this important information . The staff was exceptionally polite; but what is missing is honest information about the whereabouts of the separate building. I am quite certain I'm not the only person who was not content with the situation. I would not return to this hotel the price. There are many other options. Unfortunately my cell phone was dead upon arrival at the hotel. Otherwise I would have canceled my reservations and booked another hotel. Buyer beware!

Centrally located. Staff was great. Room was very nice. Kitchenette in the room. Parking for a fee was very easy. There was nothing we did not like
