This property was a delightful surprise! We booked last minute and loved our room. Located right near the main shopping area, however, it wasn't noisy. The room is beautifully furnished and spotlessly clean. Staff were very helpful. Not a huge deal ... whilst there is a lift, it isn't on street level - you have to go up 1 flight of stairs to reach the lift.

It was very well located , close to major attractions and restaurants . The place was clean and have all the facilities needed . Staff was friendly ! They could be a bit more flexible with the check in times and penalties incurred if you arrive after 6pm, taking into consideration some trains from Rome arrive around 6pm.
