Only the location and staff. The property is like a stark business hotel. Also air conditioning didn’t work, room was very basic, and common areas were underwhelming.

Beautiful decoration and spacious rooms. Limited amounts of drinking water provided. No blanket or iron available. Staff was very responsive and provided both items right away.

This hotel was s a gem! Perfect location and just joy to stay at. Such lovely staff, so warm and helpful!! Would definitely recommend this place and should we return to Verona would stay again and again. Nothing! It is just a sweet and lovely place to stay.

Excellent location, very comfortable bed and super friendly staff Didn’t expect a disability room (low sink, etc.), and had it been clear when booking, I would have asked for another room, but was just for one night so didn’t bother.

Too expensive for what it is. Not a five star hotel. Restaurant for dinner only had limited service (why?!) and food was not good and others were complaining too.

I booked a junior suite but still very small and you do not feel comfortable in the room with the few lights. The beds were extremely uncomfortable and couldn’t sleep well for my two nights

Excellent location with a nice lobby and a decent room The hallways had old dirty carpets that totally contradicted the lobby and the 5 star rating.

We booked last minute and NH Collection Verona rescued us from a disastrous Air BnB! The staff was welcoming, and so accommodating given our late reservation and late arrival.. The room was comfortable and very clean and a perfect respite for our brief stay. Wish we had booked for longer!
