The room AC was too small for the room and located in the hallway by the shower, not in the bedroom space. A fan in the bedroom would have been great if the AC doesn't work, and the AC died before midnight. Overheated and threw the code H5. Staff wasn't available to reset it and the person who tried to help knew nothing about resetting the AC and tried to blame other guests for saying it's too cold.... Not true or helpful. But we survived.

The location is perfect!

Ran by a great group of women! They have an amazing program and I was happy to contribute to their cause. Wish they provided plates/bowls and utensils

I didn't like the soundproofing of the place; you can hear everything from the first-floor rooms downstairs.

The room is good with single bed and locker for each person. A bit far from train station and the nearest bus station is 10 minutes by walk.

I love the concept of 100% female dorm that does good not only for travelers but for women in need. Bravo to the NGO behind it. The place was clean, warm and the staff very kind and warm. It located in the heart of the old town a bit of a walk from train station but there is a bus that bring you close. The lack of individual plugs.

Very quiet and centrally located. Bathrooms were updated and clean. Also, love their mission in helping women and children. N/A

Certain small inconveniences. No common areas to use so if you have to work or would like to take a call, you have no where to go. There is a small kitchen to use but good luck finding a bowl to heat up your soup or a spoon to savour it etc.

Location and staffs The heater didn't work in my room on the first floor

Very clean and comfortable. Spacious lockers and bathroom. Power plugs near bed, and kettle + fridge in the room. Very central area with friendly staff and money goes to a good cause. Really cool views over Verona.

The location is excellent - right in the historic centre of Verona. The hostel is in a quiet area and very secure - peace of mind for female travellers. I was given a warm welcome and, although there was no kitchen available, my room had a kettle and fridge. Exceptionally clean and comfortable.

Again, I should have read the fine print with the curfew. I would not stay here again due to the curfew that restricts you a lot in exploring the city at night, especially in Italy, which has a late dinner time culture. There is some kind of single mothers shelter in the building, and their kids can be very loud sometimes. When I asked where I could store my suitcase for some hours before my flight after checking out, I was shown a white cage OUTSIDE the hostel (it also had a sign that said unattended luggage), which defeats the whole purpose of leaving my suitcase for some hours. It is the first time I cannot leave my suitcase in a safe space in a hostel after check out, so I can walk around town a bit more before my flight.

The staff was very welcoming and friendly. This hostel was like a home away from home, warm , clean, and quiet. A cute opportunity to meet new people who, by surprise, share the same journey as you. The location was perfect. You could go and rest after a long morning and then pick up where you left of the rest of the day. I enjoyed my stay, you could have everything needed. Thank you for the hospitality. ?

I liked that it was in a fabulous location, great price, and the rooms were way more spacious than expected. It was a large room with an upstairs loft; half the beds were on the first floor and the other 5 were on the upper floor and it seemed they had their own bathroom too. large lockers, bring a lock, make up your bed with the sheets they leave. No towels included No kitchen, but there was a fridge in the room, and little cups and spoons for you to make your tea or coffee. The curfew doesn't let you explore night life but that's the trade for staying in the girls' hostel!

Very good

Lovely volunteer staff, great atmosphere, amazing location. Although the dormitory of 10 was full after I booked, there were only 3 of us. The building is right in the old town, charming and quiet. It felt very safe. The bathroom has no window and although spotless, felt very uninviting and past its best.
