The owner was fantastic - very attentive, professional and kind. The places was squeaky clean. It is on a very busy road and was hard to sleep. I booked for 2 beds and only one was made up so my friend had to sleep on a bare mattress. I don’t think this is the fault of the property. The price was so good that many people would not be bothered by the traffic. But booking.com does not do enough to differentiate in foreign countries. What the definition is when you actually choose two guests with two bed icons. This is a huge problem and it is with booking.com not with the owner of the property!!!

The landscape is very beautiful. Spacious room and clean. The host is very nice. It is too crowded and too many cars driving too fast.

The main treasure of the property is the hospitable and friendly hostess. The rooms are large and with all amenities and a balcony. There is parking and a garden. The wifi signal does not reach all rooms equally well. But the house has plenty of common areas with comfortable sofas if you need a stable connection.

Lovely old building, huge room and nice family who own and run this property. The breakfast is provided by a voucher which you take to a local cafe to exchange for whatever you want and the food there is the best! Also provided a few things in the room, more than adequate. Had a problem hot water one morning and the check in process (we had to wait a while), make sure to communicate your arrival time to host. Also no kettle in kitchen, I know this is the norm in Italy but often people prefer to drink tea and it’s such a cheap item to provide so why not have?

Amazing host, beautiful location, ample parking in the streets around the house. In walking distance few great places to eat, buy groceries etc. Great area to explore north of Sicily from. Although didn't need it, in room AC. In room facilities could be better (maybe a kettle and some plates etc would be nice). Pillows a bit dated. Shower water got hot but even hotter would be nice.

Delicious local cakes delivered to the door. We loved it and looked forward to see what was in our package. Full use of the kitchen with teas and coffee. Fabulous! Nothing. It was a lovely place run by lovely people.

Everything was just perfect. Everything was clean and very kindly!! 100%recommended to stay. The place is very authentic! The view out of the balcony is perfect (toward Etna volcano)
