Grand Hotel Villa Itria

Location was helpful Do not go there if you're going to be there for any day over the weekend they do lots of outdoor activities for locals who take all the parking

There was a party going on and the music was too loud, but other than that, it was amazing.

The rooms were very noisy. You could hear next door rooms conversation very easily and we had a crying baby next door. The exterior looks like it could do with some paint and for the price I would expect tea/coffee in the room

Breakfast good I asked for coffee in the room but they didnt gave us. The pool is small and crowded. The hotel didnt told us that we need to buy head caps to swim. We had to buy them for all the family. For 2 hours only. There is nothing to do on the hotel no entertaiment we had to go out as it was bored.. In the room the balcony full of rust and all you see a big tree infront of your face. No table and chairs to sit in the balcony to have a drinlk and sigarett .

The staff were helpful and friendly. Evening meals were delicious. We didn't use the pool and gym so we can't rate them. Id recommend staying here Our room was abit warm, so we opened the patio door to moderate the temperature

Location was decent in comparison to My Etna and other favorable destinations. There were two staff members that were incredibly kind, professional, and went out of their way. The gentleman who works at the bar and a young lady with lighter hair at breakfast. The rooms are advertised with air conditioning, this was not the case for the room We were given. We asked the front desk three times about it, and they stated, “we will have it looked at”. When we came back into the room, the air conditioner was blowing once again hot air. Thai made sleeping unbearable. We were able yo open the doors, but at night, the traffic of the busy street was filled with horns beeping and loud cards. We all had to attempt to “sleep” in our beds with no sheets. 2/3 of the nights we heard loud adults and children screaming and running down the halls at 1030-11pm. Even though we have kids, this was unacceptable behavior. room was not in the condition that could be classified as 4 star. More like 3. We will not recommend this hotel.

The SPA and services related to it. The suite is too expensive for the value. We were expecting much more for that price.

The hotel is comfortable, our room was spacious, and the staff was very accommodating. The breakfast is better than most places in Sicily, as there is a good balance between savoury and sweets. When asking about the possibility of a late checkout, we were told we could check out an hour later at no additional cost!

Distance to the venue and location. Plenty of parking at the hotel Clean and plenty of breakfast options. The hvac it's centralized do the thermostats in the room are just for looks. Kings size beds are to twin beds made up beside each other very uncomfortable to sleep in because they come apart
