No air-conditioning but we knew there were fans.

The location is fantastic, as you are in a beautiful and well-looked after private enclosed holiday camp area with around 30 holiday homes built in the 1970's. It's right next to a great beach with plenty of beach space (compared to popular places like Tropea). In fact, we preferred swimming here than at Tropea, although, I highly recommend that you visit Tropea (and Pizzo too). The hosts were really friendly, and they even allowed us to check-in early. Private parking is also protected within the complex. We really suffered without air conditioning as there was a heat wave and it was really difficult to sleep at night. Of course, we knew that there wouldn't be any, so totally fine, just mentioning this in case this is a blocker for some.

We stayed here for several days and used it as our base camp for visiting Tropea attractions and other places south up to Scilla. Facilities are located in a beautiful garden full of mature trees and flowering bushes (June), Fragrances were amazing at night. There is lots of fun stuff in the common area (ping pong, volleyball), and TV area (so we could watch soccer ⚽️ ?).Nearby beach is walking distance, beautiful sunsets, family friendly.
