The few members of the staff I saw were friendly. No pool, no elevator, no maid services while staying, bathroom door wouldn’t close, hotel casino entrance closed early and we had to walk around outside, casino floor very small, beds were full size not queen

location was good but hotel room was dirty looking and smells bad. The hallway is dark, room smells bad--musty odor--- cover for lounging chair is dirty and disgusting looking; carpet does not look and smell clean.

The staff was very helpful and nice Spiders and changing rooms

I enjoyed the rooms, spacious and very clean. I really didn't like that although check in was at 3pm..I arrived around 3:50pm and I had to wait for our rooms to be ready because they were short staffed she said..it was about 20mins..but the desk clerk was very nice about it.

The Ice Machine worked We arrived around 5pm and our room was not ready...The desk clerk said I can give you a queen room, no I paid for a King and it is 5pm....She stood there and looked at me. It was an anniversary trip for our 25th anniversary. We will not stay again and we will not recommend anyone else to stay there either. The hotel is dated and just gross, the staff are not polite and do not offer any assistance with anything. We were so disappointed.

It was quiet, the ac unit worked well. The bed was comfortable. It was a non smoking room and thankfully the room smelled clean and fresh. The staff was pleasant and very helpful. There wasn't a nice restaurant at the hotel or even really in the attached casino. There was a snack bar/grill in the casino, but no smoke free dining options.
