the room was sooo fantastic for how cheap it was, i couldn’t believe. so cute with the decor and cleanliness. very nice furniture, not cheap made. definitely worth my stay :) only complaint is the shampoo/conditioner made my hair dry, so i recommend bringing your own

Some of the stuff in the room didn’t work.

The rooms were smoke-free, nicely air-conditioned, a good size and clean. The entry to the hotel and casino was poor. If you are at all sensitive to smoke this may not be the place for you. It has a nice river view, loads of parking close by. It served our purpose of a place to crash, close to I-20 ,for a good price.

The lighting in the room/bath was awful! No light around the coffee pot. Very poor lighting in bath mirror with no options. The TV options ALL came up “channel scrambled” “ busy” “unavailable “ only option was pay (news junky here). Pluses was no smoking, staff, and nice bed.

Great room for the price!

Usually when you pull up to the valet, someone comes out. It was a bit confusing. The rooms are average, bed comfortable. The view of the river is the best thing. The casino is very smokey.

The hotel is spectacular and has a beautiful location right on the river. The property and its facilities are impressive, and the food is excellent. My room was exceptionally comfortable, very clean, and surprisingly spacious. Overall, the location, infrastructure, and quality of the accommodations made for a wonderful stay. The only disappointment was that breakfast was not included, even though the Booking.com information seemed to suggest that it was. I am not sure whether this was a discrepancy on Booking.com or with the property, but the breakfast policy should be communicated more clearly to avoid confusion.

The only reason to complain is not enough to drink! Was on floor for evening, all night and next morning- nothing was brought to or asked for drink order. Saw a little stand and got two little Pepsi’s but partner doesn’t like Pepsi. Got offered a Mimosa after checking out and time to leave… that sucked leaving with a roll of benjamins and thirsty still!

The biggest negative for me, was that the hotel check in was just outside the casino floor area, which was not closed off at all, so as soon as you entered the building you were hit in the face with cigarette smoke. I understand that smoking is allowed in the casino, but felt there could have been some more separation between the two spaces. I was staying at the hotel with my children, so it was a little off putting to walk into that.

Rooms were ok, service was minimal, sat on the casino floor for a few hours and only asked once if we needed a drink, outside smelled like Marijuana everywhere, and because the outside did, the foyer smelled like it too. Ventilation for the smoking on the casino floor was terrible, felt like I was in a smoked out bar, and that being said by a past smoker really says something. Didn't mind a little bit of the rap/hip-hop music, but some of it was pretty crappie, and felt kind of "ghetto", or how ever you want to describe it. Breakfast was non existent, wasn't served anywhere in the place, or at least on a Wednesday morning. So, in my opinion, we wont be making a return visit.

The hotel was clean, beautiful, quiet and safe. The staff was very accommodating and courteous!
