Red Roof Inn PLUS+ & Suites Vicksburg

The whole motel, including the room, was dirty. That was literal food smashed in the hallways. The elevator looks like it hasn’t been mopped in months. There was trash outside. Our fold out Couch didn’t even have a mattress on it. We’ll never stay here again. The staff was very friendly and helpful anytime we had a need, but that is the only plus to this motel.

Not for sure where to start. We arrive had to get the lady at the front desks attention she was watching something on her phone, then she had to reprint our paper out and then was saying we had reserved two rooms and we only reserved one. We walk into our room and you immediately get hit with the smell of urine ok well I guess that’s the price you pay when you are traveling with a pet even though your pet is completely potty trained. They assume yours is not and just pet you in a “pet” room. Then we go to get into bed we have two separate beds and both of our sheets apparently or I am hoping that they both had stains on the sheets. We purchased a room that was supposed to be premium with snacks that was not that case nor did we get our snacks. Not to mention very limited handicap parking and it being taken up by people with no tags or placards showing.

Check in staff was very rude to everyone. Room had not been deep cleaned in years. Black mold in bathtub surrounded. Melted ice cream in fridge, along with mold on door gasket of fridge. Highlight - bedding & towels were clean. Parking was fine.

I had to use the bathroom as soon as I got into the room just looking around from there nothing was clean in this room once I was done I noticed bugs crawling on the floor. I went and opened the mini fridge cockroaches scattered. Floor was disgusting everything from that point grossed me out if I could have gotten a refund I would have.

Ask for an iron(no in the room) it took 24 hours to get it and even then I believe to be the manager of housekeeping/maintenance asked if we ever gotten it..and he had to go get it. Overall use to be a decent place to stay for the price. But now going down hill. I'll just whether spend a little extra at a top notch hotel in vicksburg,Ms. Then here again. This place was more of a company type hotel... come nightfall nowhere to park because the big work trucks took up at least 2-3 parking spots.

The location was good. The staff wasn't very friendly or welcoming. Our room wasn't very clean.

The parking was good I was quoted and confirmed one price for my stay and when I left I was charged almost $100 dollars more. The lady asked did you make the reservation on line or did you just come in? It should haven't mattered I'm quite sure the price was on the computer screen.

Worse hotel I've stayed in.

Never got to stay there. Was informed there were no rooms available.

Decent. Poor cleanliness and the bed was absolutely terrible. Almost got up in the night and slept on the floor.

Pretty nice hotel for the price. Front desk could try to be more friendly but was not rude either. Room was clean and spacious, outside was well kept and it is in a decent area. Wendy’s and Kroger within walking distance. Good value for the money if you’re just looking for a place to sleep, shower and go. I’d recommend it and will stay there again when I’m in town.

It was in a good location My toilet handle was broke .. my husband put it back together .. I did t get the room I paid for on line.. told me they didn’t have any more . This was after I went in and saw I wasn’t in the correct room wasn’t happen bout that . But I got over it

Absolutely nothing! The WHOLE property was DISGUSTINGLY! Everything! Especially the filth!

Hotel needs several upgrades veryyyyyy out dated floors are nasty bathrooms are gross you smell the room before you open the door never again
