This place is amazing, the location is great, the beach is in front of the hotel, the staff is great, my wife and I were treated like royalty, there is private parking, many restaurants near, if you are staying in Sorrento this is the perfect place I would say. Zero complaints.

Incredible location with amazing views and a beautiful beach Nothing

The staff are great. Very helpful and friendly. They arranged a few activities on my behalf. The rooms are fairly basic but have a nice charm. The area is pretty much all Italian tourists, so you know it is pretty legit. They arranged a Vespa for me, and also helped book my day trip to Capri. The bath towels were tiny. Though they made up for it with bath robes.

Comfortable, clean, and beautiful view of the coast. Loved our ocean view balcony. Breakfast was delicious every morning. Nothing

The location. It was right across the ferry , nice restaurant accross the hotel for breakfast and another restaurant with access to the pool and beach. Beautiful sunset views Nothing. Everything was very good

The breakfast was great and fresh, nice cutlery , beautiful seating area .. loved the coffee Beautiful view from the main building In the beginning, we were placed to be at the additional building, which was scary for me at night The lady at the front desk was considering and moved me to YNt main building where i felt safe More light and felt cozy I think it's a great place to be at summer more than winter the area were bet isolated

Clean, generous, comfortable and the breakfast had more than enough! Confusion about shuttle services and their timing. For tall people, the showers are on the small side.

Location breakfast

I lived the location of the hotel, close to the beach and their pool. Was happy that we were able to park the car free of charge in a private parking area close to the hotel. The decor of the hotel was very nicely done and their breakfast buffet was to die for. We had dinner at their restaurants and it was the best dinner we had as we watched the sunset. The only thing that didn’t meet my expectations was the very very small shower with a shower curtain in Room 3. Since I booked at the last minute that was the only room left but the shower is extremely small and I’m a petite woman.

The staff was amazing! Guila was so helpful, and took excellent care of us. The location and facilities were amazing all on their own, but the hospitality from the staff is really what took our stay to the next level. The nightlife outside was very fun until bed time - the music and restaurants are pretty loud and go fairly late. Didn't have an issue with ear plugs, though.

Fantastic location on waterfront. Stunning views across to Naples and Vesuvius. Wonderful welcome by staff who were so attentive during our stay. Rooms fresh and clean with nice decor. Being able to sit outdoors on balcony a bonus. Excellent secure parking. Easy access to train for Pompeii visit door to door service provided. Ferry to Positano and Amalfi literally 5 mins walk on wharf. Beach stunning with access to beach club across road. Plenty of restaurants. Great place to stay if wanting Amalfi experience without crowds. Bar across the road noisy with music playing. Rooms well insulated with double glazed windows so once closed was not too noticeable.

Exceptional

Amazing atmosphere, clean, organized, pristine service! Ana was the person who greeted us, she was so so so wonderful that we decided to stay another night! We had the best experience ever!!

Perfect location, for a couple, spending some romantic days at the sea shore. During winter all restaurants are closed around.

Clean rooms, good value for money. Unprofessional service, very small shower ( the shower curtain sticks to your body while showering as it is so small )

Stunning hotel in a great location. Peaceful place with very professional, friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff who couldn’t do enough for us. We couldn’t have chosen a better place for our Silver wedding celebration. Nothing.

Bright and clean airy room . Lovely balcony for viewing. Good facilities. It was great location to amalfi ,positano,Sorrento,and ravello. It was a quiet area. Nothing. Overall it was better than most 4 star hotels.

Beautiful location in a marina The only problem was getting to the town and the station ; too far to walk so the very kind staff took us whenever possible otherwise it had to be a taxi for 20 euros. Probably easier when it’s a busy time of the year.
