Eden Bleu is an absolute GEM!!! The hotel is immaculate and every one of the staff are extremely friendly and helpful above and beyond what they offer, nothing is too much trouble . Location is central to other places of interest with easy transport links and a first class shuttle service into the town

Generally, everything was ok The person at the reception insisted to include in our payment something from the minibar that we did not consume… an unpleasant experience…The administrator should pay attention to the correctness of the personnel

Our 4-bed room had a nice terrace. The room was spacious just enough. We liked the lobby and also the pool with the sunbeds was great. All the personnel was helpful and always kind. Breakfast and dinners were tasteful. We had ants in a bathroom and on the terrace, which was probably a big concern for the hotel for a long time. When they sprayed them, it was better for a while.

Staff were amazing. Lovely and really helpful, no request was enough, and we did ask a lot. Food for dinner was really delicious, best we had the whole stay in Italy! Nice view of Vesuvius from a couple of the rooms. Breakfast very full and fresh. So so close to the lovely harbour. Can book a bed at the beach club, 5min walk, for €12 if you want a sea view whilst you tan. It's a 20min walk to the train, up the road (fastest) or path to Vico Equense (longer), but there are also buses. Boats to Capri and Amalfi direct.

The facilities, location and supporting staff were exceptional. Staff in all areas like the front desk, breakfast service and pool / bar areas went above and beyond each day. Another awesome feature was top speed wifi throughout the entire premises no issues with connection at all. Special thanks to the front desk for assisting with transport options on departure. We simply could not fault anything about the property!

Pasquale and his staff were hospital and friendly, going the extra mile to pick us up from the train station, bring drinks to the pool and make sure we were comfortable. The hotel is newly renovated and it is beautiful. We loved the rooms with patios, the pool deck and the outdoor lounge. The wifi is great everywhere and the breakfast was soooo good. We’d highly recommend this hotel. It was a bit of a walk up to the town but the beach and marina are right around the corner.
