Nothing It was very hyped way overpriced did not have a beachfront and all the hotel’s photographs are Photoshop which makes it false Advertising

Staff at this hotel are magnificent. They were very helpful and assisted us with juggling rooms when part of our groups plane was delayed by 24 hours. The Maitre D, the bartenders, the pool staff, all were super friendly and helpful.

The stay at this property was absolutely incredible. The food, staff and amenities were executional. We are already planning our return stay.

The property was clean and the ac worked well. The views were stunning. I just wish there was a beach area to enter into the water.

Our family really enjoyed Hotel Mary. Vincenzo the Manager is absolutely wonderful. We loved the included buffet breakfast with the incredible view. The staff were all so friendly and helpful. The location is perfect, you can walk into Vico Equense to a variety of great restaurants and the train station for a 14 minute ride into Sorrento. The pool is fantastic and the Sea Club was great too. We walked down the stairs to the Club, no need to take the shuttle. The family room was great. Our only minor complaint would be that our matress in the family room wasn't great and there are no blackout shades for the windows so the sun comes shining in way too early. Not great if you want to sleep in. The other side of the hotel facing the pool wouldn't have this issue.

Room was clean with enough space fall a small family. Staff were really nice and the view and the food at the restaurant are amazing. I strongly recommend. N/A

The property was spectacular. It has everything you would need. The staff were always available to answer questions, set up transportation and local points of interest. The pool was perfect. The beach club was wonderful. There was nothing.

The food at the hotel was the best food we had in Italy, and the staff was just superb. Everyone welcomed us warmly and made each of us feel special. The room was very comfortable, always clean, and everyone went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. The views were gorgeous, loved waking up to that view every morning, from the restaurant we got some amazing pictures, and the breakfast which is included was exquisite. The fruits all fresh, the bakery top notch, my favorite were the bread and the donuts. Don't have any complains!

We have been to the Amalfi coast numerous times but I have to say that this location was excellent you can go from Vico to Sorrento down south to Positano and Amalfi by staying at Hotel Mary you are away from all the craziness of the coast Nothing we loved everything about it

The location, a short commute from Napoli, and brief walk into Vico Equense or train to Sorrento. The view from the balcony or from the infinity pool is quite something, be it morning, noon, or night. The breakfast buffet is one of the best we’ve experienced. Front desk and support staff (Josie especially) and the serving staff were all professional, knowledgeable and accommodating (the last part especially for English-speaking guests like us). Thank you particularly to Josie and Alessia! Our personal itinerary limited our time at the Beach Club, but we enjoyed time and an ocean swim there very much. The hotel wifi works down there also which was a bonus. We found a couple of equipment problems in each of the rooms we stayed (our own schedule had us in one room 2 nights, then another room for 1 night). Room 1, the exhaust fan was inoperative, and room 2, the sink faucet was a struggle to turn on/off. A side note/ suggestion - waive/rescind the beach club shuttle charge. With the room rates at the level they are, 2€ PP each way should be absorbed.

Where to begin - the location, balcony view, inifinity pool, large patio, the beach club was spectacular. The freshness and broad variety offered for the breakfast buffet was top notch. All of the staff were extremely helpful and at times went the extra mile to ensure a positive experience. That our time there was too short! LOL The 2€ each way fee for the Beach Club shuttle was a bit petty, but understandable I suppose.

The property has a stunning location overlooking the Bay of Naples. The infinity pool, lounging area around the pool and outdoor bar overlooked the bay. It was beautiful! The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The hotel and rooms were very clean! Great value for the money. The service at the restaurant was the best I ever experienced!!! The value for the money was outstanding. I would definitely recommend and stay at Hotel Mary again. The only drawback was the sea club only had stairs down to the water and no beach. The facilities were nice, just not the best access to the water. Especially when the wind is blowing and the water rough.

The property was tucked away, but not too far away from everything is absolutely stunning

The staff was fantastic, specifically the restaurant staff. Breakfast was amazing, and despite planning to visit a few restaurants nearby we ended up staying in to eat at the hotel more than once because it was such a lovely experience (due to how special the wait staff makes you feel). The views are stunning and the pool set up was great The mattress in our room was pretty awful, and the bathtub/shower with the small glass panel was a bit odd.. but other than that we enjoyed our stay very much

Vico Equense doesn't have the charm or location of other towns in the area. More affordable by far, but pay the extra for Sorrento.

The property was great and close to great food and the train station. The beds were very, very firm

The staff went out of their way to assist us. Food at the restaurant was very good. Breakfast was beyond our expectations! Lots of variety and if you requested something not on the buffet they would provide it. Would not hesitate to stay herr again.

I booked it for the proximity to Pompeii and the availability of family friendly rooms + outdoor heated pool. But what won me over was the outstanding service of the front desk , breakfast and pool staff. We felt welcomed and loved our stay. The indoor dining room felt a bit impersonal and the food options were just okay so we mostly ate outside of the hotel, except for the breakfast which was fantastic.

Loved location..atmosphere.. food. Everyone so accommodating and friendly. The infinity pool overlooking water was exceptional. Perfect mini vacation before returning home.
