Huge hotel room. Very comfortable. Had parking and breakfast. And a gym!

Rooms were cleaned daily all the staff was super nice and accommodating . The hotel is located in a safe area walking distance from food and shops . Nothing

I liked how attentive the staff was I didn’t realize they never changed the bedding I found a notecard on the bedside table that said to place this card on the bed to change the bedding . I did not realize

I recently stayed at your property for six days and wanted to share both positive feedback and a concern I experienced during my visit. First, I want to commend your housekeeping team—the room and property were very clean, and the maid service was excellent throughout my stay. However, I encountered an issue with the breakfast service. I was only provided meal vouchers for three days, even though my reservation was for six. On the first morning, when I attempted to take my breakfast to my room, the staff member collecting vouchers informed me—quite abruptly—that I was not allowed to do so. When I then asked if I could at least take my coffee with me, I was told no as well. The interaction felt unnecessarily rude and left a poor impression, especially given the otherwise pleasant experience at your hotel. I do appreciate that coffee was available in the reception area, which was a nice touch. Still, I wanted to bring this matter to your attention, as it may help improve guest service and communication regarding breakfast policies in the future. Very nice and clean facility. Friendly staff. Parking is a little inconvenient, but other than that, it's awesome.

The hotel was awesome! Was kinda tucked away in an industrial looking neighborhood, but don't let that fool you, inside the place was great, my hotel room was bigger than most apartments in Los Angeles lol , had a living room, separate bedroom, and huge bathroom, I was pleasantly surprised, nice bed, nice shower, and very clean, they had what seemed like a nice restaurant but I didn't eat there bcuz I was eating out every day, the hotel is centrally located and close to all, I would definitely stay again, and would recommend to anyone planning on visiting the beautiful city of durango Mexico

Staff was amazing, food delicious, rooms so spacious and the beds, oh the beds! They're so comfy and the pillows so fluffy! I just loved my stay so much that I wouldn't have anything else to say than "perfection from front desk to goodbye!" Every single thing was perfect for us!

I went with my pet (small dog) and I didn't need to pay any extras. That was great! I was expecting buffet breakfast but it was A LA Carte..

Restaurant on site was most convenient, quiet, clean & friendly I thought dinner a bit pricy.

friendly staff went out of their way to correct the error in our request for a first floor room even adjusting the price difference to our original price for a better room we didn't notice much shopping like pharmacy or oxxo or alternative places to eat.
