The breakfast was exceptional! The rooms were clean and the hotel overall, of a high standard, so I felt that it was good value for the money. The check-in process was clunky and I had to wait an extraordinary amount of time to receive the keys to the 2 rooms I had reserved. The young man at the front desk kept apologizing for the delay, because he was using a cell phone to do my check in, but had to wait at the mercy of the other 2 women at the front desk who were checking in their clients via the hotel PCs. In addition to this concern, the hotel was advertised as "dog friendly." I had even written to the hotel in advance about my travelling with my dog. They did not inform me prior to my arrival that this was not a hotel who could accommodate dogs. They made an "exception" and allowed my dog to stay. Because they are not dog friendly, there were no places anywhere around this hotel to walk my dog and have him relieve himself, other than the concrete driveway. I see the next question and so in advance i have to explain my response here....The room and hotel itself were exceptional, but I have to say that it did not meet my expectations because it was touted online as a dog friendly hotel when clearly it is not.

The only thing I would recommend is to turn the A/C on in the gym all the time. It gets do hot in there.

The rooms are clean, and the breakfast foods are varied. The staff are accommodating and make you feel welcome. The hotel's location is also very convenient with many good restaurants, clinics, pharmacies, bus station, and airport not far from the hotel. The hotel can use a little more upkeeping in the hallways. The carpet looked worn out and there was a mild odor. The hotel lobby looked modernized, but the halls needed an update.

The area was very nice and convenient, the place was modern and very relaxing. I think so far this is my favorite hotel I’ve ever stayed at. My family had never stayed at a hotel and they fell in love. Will definitely stay here again. Maybe just the access to the underground parking, you either take stairs which is hard with luggage or walk across the parking lot but and use the elevator.
