The View. The Hotels Location. Friendly Staff! Rooms where clean but worn down, spots at the Wall, dirty and worn Windowblinds, carpet really worn down. A lot of wasps during breakfast inside and outside.

Lack if air conditioning as this is a very hot summer. Got an offer from Booking.com for a discount on breakfast a few days before arrival. It was however only applied on one of the two rooms on my booking. I expected it to apply to all rooms as nowhere was it specified that it would only be on the room with my name only.

the view of Vienna city from the room was really nice. Very peaceful and quite place. We stayed only one night coming from Utrecht, NL. I'd wish having more time to stay and enjoy the place. the restaurant is open only for breakfast. so, you need to look for a restaurant close to the area for lunch or dinning. The staff will give you a list of restaurants near the area. We went to the closest restaurant almost 1 km walking but was not open so we went back walking to hotel, and from there we drove almost 2.5-3 km, and we found at a fantastic local restaurant named Grosses SchutzHaus Rosental, with an excellent, delicious and affordable food and menu.

It is very old, outdatet and not very clean. I think it is too expensive for the quality.

Very polite staff and willing to serve, excellent buffet breakfast with an extra rational cost. Great location, instant access to public transportation. The interior of the room could be slightly refreshed, has old furniture and carpets.
