Clean, large spaces, fully outfitted kitchen and laundry. Great buffet breakfast.

Good location little bit outside the city but close to the castle. Nice old building. Very good breakfast and lovely ladies working there. Overall great deal for Vienna. Very good WiFi All good

Bathroom needs renovation - leaking taps (nearly impossible not to have constantly running water), broken washbasin and shower base. Cleaning service was not perfect - all cleaned, but bed was not much prepared. Reconstruction over street noisy in the morning starting 7am (one day, they did not work on Sunday and holiday), but that's not fault of the hotel, and windows are relatively good insulated.

Great location for the price, clean and a bit tasteful. Things work. Hanging the "do not disturb" sign on the door meant I really wasn't woken up by door knocks or such, ever. The receptionists gave me two free tokens for the coffee machine, which also dispenses vanilla milk and cocoa milk. This happened twice. I tried paying for them, but they wouldn't take my money. Apparently the machine works with 2€ coins, apart from the hotel tokens. When I checked in, I was told it's their policy to give me a bigger room, if it's available. So I slept in a double room, I think, having booked a single room. In the bathroom, there was one of those nuclear-powered hairdryer that women probably prefer using, looking like it can start a small tropical storm. It was connected to a dual-voltage socket, like decades ago - the socket could apparently provide both 110V and 220V. Breakfast is decent and it doesn't cost much. They don't have 5000 types of foods and drinks, but what they do have is good quality. The only thing I think they should have is egg omelette. They do have a sort of diced boiled egg with some sauce, probably meant to be spread on toasted bread. They also have boiled eggs. There isn't much to complain about. The tub in the shower was a little clogged and the paint slightly worn off in a few places, but that's not going to stop me from showering or booking a room there.

The room is clean and renovated. The presence of a small kitchen is a plus. The breakfast is basic, as non pork eaters it is unfortunate that there is no chicken options. There is boiler in the room's kitchen but if there is no sugar or tea bags it is useless. There is no specific parking, you need to park on the street around the hotel but the places are limited.

Web lived in two-bed room apartment. The kitchen is located in a separate room. A lot of space. All required facilities, including wash machine, are in place and operates well, however there was only one small wardrobe, which was not enough for our staff. I only cleaned the walls (now they are white) and lubricated the hinges with oil, thus now the doors are opened and closed without noise. However, what is much more attractive is the price for this apartment, which is really a great for such space. Also, they are located not far from U4 line. Internet was very slow and very often broken. Thus, if you are going to work form the apartment, consider another option for internet. Also, the sleeping room does not have heating. The personal was trying to resolve both problems, but without success.

Clean and big I like everything.

Everything about the stay was fantastic! The room was spacious and clean, the breakfast was delicious, and the staff was exceptionally helpful. If I had to be really picky, the only tiny downside is that it's a bit of a distance from the main tourist attractions, but that's a small trade-off for such great quality and quiet.

Avaro who checked me in was pleasant and informative. He even found me a fan to use in the room when I asked. If it wasn't for Avaro my hotel stay would have been a 1. I was glad I didn't purchase the breakfast because it was not appetizing at all. My room was stuffy, old, and smelled of strong mold. I found it hard to breathe and I sneezed constantly. When they brought me a fan, the fan was dirty and had weeks of dust on it. The thing that really bothered me was...I stayed for 4 nights. All but one day I had the "do not disturb sign" on so the maid service didn't have to clean the room. The one day I asked for attention to the room was because I needed toilet paper and tissues. They did not refill these and I had to go downstairs and take these items out of the lobby bathroom. What maid service doesn't refill the toilet paper?!? The hotel rents as monthly apartments as well and I even had some guests like spiders and grasshoppers stay with me one night. It is not the cleanest here and I would never stay here again out of concern for my health. I really thought about leaving and wish I could get my money back as I got sick and was very disappointed with the state of the room. It was no where near worth the price of the stay.

It would be very useful to have a small refrigerator in the room or at least a small vending machine in the lobby where one can buy at least something to drink since the supermarkets in Austria close very early. The check out was at 10 o'clock. 10 minutes before someone from the hotel came, knocked and immediately entered the room without giving us the chance to answer. I find it very rude and disrespectful to just go in a room where you know there is someone, especially since we haven't passed the official check-out hour (and we actually left the room at 10). They could have called since there was a phone in the room.

quiet, good bed, excellent breakfast

Breakfast was pretty basic compared with other Central European hotels we’ve stayed in.

The location was really close to transport and we could go anywhere we wanted including to from airport and center, there was free coffee if you skip a day of cleaning, staff was friendly and there were free maps on reception No mini fridge or air conditioning in mid July is an absolute no with 30 degrees outside. We slept on open windows but it was noisy outside as the locals gathered right under the windows

Nice hotel away from the city center, a bit older but it has everything needed for the Vienna city break. Breakfasts are very good, the hotel has elevator. Stuff in both receptions and the dining are super helpful and friendly :) The hotel does not have free parking, you need to pay as for the regular parking on the street, but the stuff is very helpful and provides all needed documents/cards. No elevator to get from the street to the ground floor, a bit problematic if you have heavy bags.
