Hotel Viktoria Schönbrunn

Proximity to the train, comfy beds, fridge in room, friendly staff! Also, we came to Vienna during a 100 degree heat wave and the room managed to stay pretty cool despite no air conditioning so that was also nice too :) Just so you know - if you are a super light sleeper you might be distracted by a little road noise. It didn’t affect my family but it’s possible you might hear it

Very good location. Close to train station, Schönbrunn park, but at the same time it is located on quiet street. Recomending. I did not have a breakfast, therefore cannot evaluate it. The staff was very nice and wellcoming.

Heat is regulated to 15 degree Celsius in the winter. The old lady is very unfriendly.

Location near the castle and Christmas market was walkable !!!! Staff very helpful super close to public transport station Rooms are small

We were very happy with our stay at the hotel, which has a fantastic location near Schönbrunn. The Bed was also very comfortable. Overall, it was a great experience. We did not encounter any negative things.

Breakfast we did not opt for. Room was compact and perfect for 1 night stay. Location is very close to station. Hotel staff could not speak English. We tried to communicate through translator app; however it did not help much. However, staff was very friendly and helped in possible ways. No instruction given for check out or how to drop keys; so we left at reception as we left pretty early. They allowed us to do early check in as room was available. That was nice.

It was our fourth stay here: wonderful, clean family hotel, very close to Schonbrunn Gardens and Castle and to restaurants area. We enjoyed our stay here each time!

No fridge in the room.

The staff wasn’t friendly at all. it’s an old hotel, the towels were disgusted dirty and you can hear every single noise. The bathroom sink was the smallest I have ever seen. The only good thing was that they let us leave our luggage after we check out without any charge.

Limited parking facilities. Rooms require renovation.

Very good located directly at Schönbrunn and U4 Hietzing with no main road traffic if you plan to work get a mousepad for the glass table, breakfast starts to late for business.

The breakfast was very very poor for 15€ per person. I was charged 30€ extra for a couple of hours early check-in.

Hotel Viktoria has a great location and the room that we stayed was cozy with nice view and beds were super comfortable.

We really liked that the pastries were fresh and warm at breakfast. The hotel is calm and quiet. Great, that there is an elevator. Metro and Schönbrunn is really close, that was why we chose this place. Not much. The extra bed was really uncomfortable. But the double was great.
