Very nice hotel, it was clean and the breakfast was great! No permanent staff at the front desk

A lot of broken furniture in the room.

The staff are incredibly helpful and very welcoming. There is no lift/elevator for accessibility purposes. Elderly be advised, many steps to breakfast and to rooms above the ground floor.

Room was clean and quite big. And also access to garden to take a break with bird chipings. Staff was very kind and friendly. Breakfast was enough and delicious. Thanks for made our trip more enjoyable. Location kinda far from center but not too much. 20-30min maks, depends on crowd

Shower had some hair in it....unacceptable

No lift had to climb 2 floors with big bags and reception is clised after 7pm thats ridiculous

The staff didnt tell us to use the snack bar and didnt let us use the kitchen. The location is not a nice neighborhood. The bathroom sewage smells so need to close the bathroom door before sleep

The hotel was really beautiful, comfortable, welcoming. In particular Ege, who works on reception, was the most helpful, professional and friendly member of staff, providing detailed instructions to all of our queries (how to get to the hotel, nearby amenities etc) and he also helped us with booking taxis, amending our booking at short notice etc. Breakfast was also really excellent, with a wide selection of beautiful food: breads, meats, cheese, cereal, yoghurts etc. All in all we loved our stay at this hotel. It should be noted that the hotel does not have air con, and Vienna can get very hot in the summer. The top rooms have mini air con units, but they aren't great. If this hotel installed air con, I'd happily pay an extra 20 euro a night for this facility.

Ege at the reception, and the staff as a whole was very friendly and helpful! The queen suite was great, the pool as well. Can only recommend :)

Breakfast offered was in a cafe 200 metres away This is not really a serviced hotel, no reception area (table in the hallway) entrance is through side door in a dingy street, upon arrival (we were an hour early) met with locked door with a note saying 'check in not until 3.00 rung bell, no answer, called number on door, answer machine/ no reply! dragged our bags up the street to a bar to wait, the room was up 3 flights of stairs (no lift) it was hot, air conditioning offered did not exist, fridge in room did not work just generated more heat, slept (not very well) with windows open onto noisy street. no hot water in the morning so cold showered, eventually found the only staff member, checked out a day early

The hotel provided an excellent breakfast.

You have an amazing place, great breakfast and we had such a lovely room. Plus, my mom really really liked the interior design. Actually, we all liked it. ?❤️Very spacious and clean. One small problem was that we booked a room for three people, but initially there were bed linen and towels for two. However, the staff was great and arranged the missing things. Thanks for such a quick reaction. We wanted to thank the nice lady at reception personally, but when we left, we sadly did not see her.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The facilities were excellent, with spacious and beautifully designed rooms. The family-friendly pool was a highlight—clean, well-maintained, and perfect for both relaxation and fun. Breakfast was tasty, though we missed having more vegetables and leafy greens. Overall, everything about our stay exceeded expectations. Thank you for a wonderful experience—we look forward to returning!
