The staff went above and beyond, especially Henrietta, who stayed late to let us in the hotel because our flight was late. Mario was always attentive and very helpful. The sweet was gorgeous and very comfortable, especially the bed. Location was excellent and only a block off the Kartnerstrasse. The only minor negative that we could see is that they're really wasn't a lobby area in the hotel, although the breakfast area was considered the living room. It was beautifully decorated and nice.Just to relax and play cards.

The best hotel we have stayed on our Euro trip and westayed at some amazing ones:) It was spotlessly clean, the location was amazing. Linda,Ben and Mario were just delightful . Extremely kind, professional and so knowledgeable on all Vienna attractions. We will definitely be back. Absolutely loved everything about this hotel.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Vienna. The hotel itself is beautiful, with stylish rooms and a welcoming atmosphere. The staff were exceptional, friendly, professional, and always happy to help. Their restaurant recommendations were excellent and led us to some fantastic local dining experiences. The location couldn’t have been better, making it easy to explore Vienna’s main attractions on foot. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the city. Absolutely nothing.

This boutique hotel is an absolute gem, perfectly located just a 3-minute walk from the Opera and 7 minutes from the Musikverein. The property is beautifully decorated, incredibly quiet, and spotlessly clean. ​What truly sets it apart is the bespoke customer service from the very first step to the last minute of our stay. We were greeted with a lovely handwritten welcome card and delicious cakes waiting in our room. The entire team is made up of young, friendly professionals who are ready to help at any moment. ​A special shoutout to Balint—his customer service was exceptional. I loved how passionately he spoke about the hotel's recent transformation into a boutique property. He truly made us feel at home, like we were part of a small family. We cannot recommend this place enough! N/A

The hotel was the most charming I have ever stayed in. Mario, Victoria and the team were lovely and catered wonderfully for every request. My husband and I had stayed at the hotel 30 years ago and the hotel team kindly surprised us with an anniversary cake and fruit. The facilities were also excellent.

Excellent breakfast, prepared as per guest request. Staff was very helpful and provided good recommendations for dining, shopping, and entertainment. Location is excellent - a few minutes walk from the Staatsoper. Quiet, spacious, clean rooms. A/C switched on and off repeatedly.
