We loved everything about this property. It was perfect. Friendly staff, beautiful rooms, clean and so close to everything. It was absolutely stunning. Cannot believe it requires renovation as everything was polished and sparkly. We really loved the history and majesty of this hotel and the decor a delight. We will be back. There was nothing!

Warm welcome Helpfull reception. Thanks they changed our room to a non-connecting room. Historical rooms and building Very central location, you can walk everywhere. A special thanks to Mr. Paul from concierge team for arranging us a restaurant reservation which we couldnt make by ourselves -not a negative comment, only suggestion: for kids, a small toy/gift would be good when checking in. In imperial hotel and sacher hotel, they have such small gifts for kids which made my daughter very happy. -breakfast was ok but it can have more options. For a five star hotel like bristol, we find breakfast weak compared to other luxury hotels

We had a pretty and gracious room overlooking the Opera House. Very elegant. Staff are excellent as is location. Very near old town and a supermarket nearby. Property is scheduled for a needed renovation.

Wonderful and representing great (good old) hotel style! Great staff! We hope they all will be back when opening again. Nothing. Only that we hope the renovation will manage to keep the spirit of the house alive.

Everything apart from New Years Eve New Years Eve when as a resident there was nowhere to either get served for a drink nor to sit down to enjoy a drink by 10.30. Everything was geared to one off non residents. Went to bed at 11.00!
