Living Hotel an der Oper

Very spacious room. Split bath with toilet and sink in one room and in another a deep tub with shower, sink and bidet. Kitchenette with fridge microwave, and sink. Kitchen table with four chairs. Living room with desk, couch, chair and lowboy. Bed with closet not fully separated from living room. Nice helpful staff. Very good breakfast with eggs, sausage, bacon, breads, meats, cheeses and great service in a quite pleasant room. Room was oddly set up with the split between the toilet in one room and the bidet in another. The tub was very tall, steep, and slick. The faucet stuck out right where you were standing to use the shower. No grab bar on tub. Be careful getting in and out. TV was placed on a lowboy facing the side of the bed (like you would be watching TV lying on your side in the bed). Upper floors served by elevator, but you first must navigate at least 4 stairs to get to the elevator.. No coffee in room or way to make it. Kettle and tea, but no instant coffee. Coffee available in lobby, but not a tray to take hot cups up.

Wonderful location 2 minutes walking to Opera hall and all places that you need in the center, Old style decoration room, very big and clean room. With 2 TVs one in front of bed and other one in the living room. Staff were helpful Excellent air condition and free sparkling water in the room and lobby. Coffee in the lobby was free but not good taste. I can't say anything negatively. good job.

Best location and room size All fine

The location was so easy yo get over to the Imperial Palace and to the trains. No breakfast.

Location is wonderful, right across from the Opera House and a Metro station down the block. Many restaurants nearby. Staff were absolutely wonderful and extremely helpful with any information we needed and arranging for transportation. Very tasteful entry and lobby area. Quiet hotel apartment. Refrigerator, small stove and dishwasher in apartment. No coffee maker in the room. There is coffee available in the lobby but we prefer to make it in our room in the mornings. Second "bedroom" is open to the living area but it was not an issue for us.

This hotel is a traditional building that makes the whole experience invaluable!! The room was really spacious as well as the common rooms. The personnel were so friendly and helpful, making us feel as home!!

Great Location Nothing

Breakfast was perfect and delicious, it was really a very good start for us for the day. The room was clean and comfortable. I liked the room decoration, bathroom size. The location was very good. Friendly and helpful staff. We enjoyed a lot staying at the hotel and would prefer staying at other Living hotels in the other locations in our future travels. Nothing to say.

Location was great! The temperature was a bit hot in the room, but I didn't ask for help.

Location There are a few steps (no ramp) from the lobby to the elevator and it’s hard to carry your luggage up.

Excellent location with easy access to public transportation and grocery shops; complimentary bottled water and coffee; great kitchen facilities; large room and very comfortable; complimentary good breakfast. Minor items: paper towels and napkins

Location is superb. We asked for a bath mat to prevent falling down in the shower and, although, we were told that hotel would not provide it, it was given to us. Free mineral water and coffee. We complained, that handle, which turns shower on and off was broken ( missing the knob ) and it was never fixed... Blankets were too warm, we set the room temperture to the allowed minimum 18 degrees Celcium, but it ws not enough. We did not have a phone in the room.

All the workers in the hotel were very nice and eager to help in any request Very old, should be renovated, even the couches (like 50 years old) beds and all the furniture, The bathrooms also very old

The hotel was lovely, the lobby was very comfortable Rooms were very spacious and the water flow of the shower is amazing

Great location. Great inside ambience and friendly staff. Nice to have free coffee in the lobby. - the room is not clean. There was dust and a dirty sock under my bed. - the driver that was to pick me up from the airport did not follow instructions. He was to hold up a sign and meet me at arrivals. Instead he just parked in the parking lot and waiting until he contacted me over whatsapp - the noise level in the room is very bad. I could hear everything going on in the next room throughout the day - a "queen" bed was just two twin beds side by side, so that there was a hole between them. Seriously, this is what a "4-star" hotel does. Overall, I can't recommend this hotel.

Incredibly located. Enjoyed the coffee and water in the lobby as well as the water and beer in the room
