Muy bien ubicado. A minutos caminando del centro histórico. Tiendas de conveniencia, supermercados y metro muy cerca. El personal muy amable también. Sólo tuve un problema con la cerradura del baño que se daño y me quedé encerrada en el baño. Tuve que gritar por horas hasta que los otros huéspedes avisaron a recepción para que fueran a abrirme. Ese día hacía check out. Tuve un miedo horrible de perder mi vuelo.

Great location close to Opera and underground, easy transfer to / from airport and train station. Room.ready early, efficient staff Spacious room and huge bed. Good shower and aircon, nicely furnished

The location of this hotel is perfect, its so central to all the attractions, the museums are a little trip but that's not an issue, just get on one of the hop on hop off buses, but all the other attractions are just across the road. Our room was perfect, even though its close to the main road, you cannot hear a thing. Our room was a deluxe Suite, which was wonderful, it was a stunning room. It was our honeymoon, we arrived to our room with a complimentary bottle of champagne, chocolates and a card which was such a surprise. I would 100% recommend this hotel. There wasn't anything

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, right across from the Opera House and just steps away from the main shopping street. It was also within walking distance of the train station and many of the city’s attractions, making it very convenient to get around. The hotel was very clean, and the room was spacious and comfortable. The only downside was that the TV was not a smart TV, so we weren’t able to stream or watch movies in English. Other than that, everything was excellent, and we would happily stay here again.

There was a nice selection at breakfast, and the coffee was great. The front desk staff were really friendly and helpful. The price of the room was quite high, but the room itself was so spacious and comfortable that it totally made up for that. I guess you need to pay more for quality, and the superb location of this hotel comes at a cost...

Clean modern comfortable friendly helpful staff good location Restaurant below would often slide instead of lifting all the chairs around prior to opening daily & noise would resonate into my room every morning was annoying
