Nice design. Central location. Clean. Reasonable breakfast. Hasty music in the public areas. Stark room. No fridge in the room. One cannot get to the room by elevator and there are steps in the breakfast areas. The coffee machines are unnecessarily complicated causing delays.

cleanliness, breakfast no water in the rooms, there should be at least one bottle atcheck in.

I arrived at around 10am. I was just supposed to leave my luggage on the reception so I could go on with my day until check in time. They were super nice because they said the room was ready and they can let me check in early. The room was simple. It is suitable for solo travellers on a budget who don’t want to use hostels. It was clean, and it has everything I needed. The bed was really cozy. The bathroom was nice. It also has shampoo and shower gel and even lotion. Even the hairdryer was powerful enough, unlike in other hotels where they just have a small hairdryer. I loved the breakfast too. It has many options. It even has ginger shorts. And the dining area was very cozy. And the location. The location was superb. It is right across the state opera, the train station and the tram station. Stephansdom, hofburg, Albertina, the Spanish riding school, kohlmart are just 10-15 minutes away by walking. On my last day I thought it would rain. They let me borrow an umbrella and I thought the money I paid was for renting the umbrella. It turns out that it was just a deposit and they gave it back to me when I returned my umbrella . I can go on. I really loved this hotel.

Superb location and communal areas Room was small, awkward to get into one side of bed. No tea/coffee making facilities in room

The lobby of this hotel is so beautiful. The staff are so nice as well. The room itself is big enough for 3 people. I wish they have microwave and fridge because we eat out all the time and we have left overs. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

The bed was very comfortable as well as the staff was very friendly. I found the room and hotel to be very clean and satisfactory. I also enjoyed the location of the hotel to main attractions, it was very walkable. I only wish there was a fridge in the room to store food I bought, everything else was satisfactory.

Location is prime central attractions are 5 mins walk. Near to ubahn, trams. staffs are nice. The room I was in was so small I have never seen that. Apart from the queen size bed there is not even a single chair to sit on. No bed side table, no cupboard, no water bottle, no kettle nothing. Thankfully they had shampoo, soap, and cream in the bathroom.so if someone is claustrophobic, please do not book this room. Breakfast was okay nothing extraordinary. For 140 euros a night I am sure this is not worth it.
