Very central location, close to the train and tram stops and was a nice stroll down to Schonbrunn Palace. The common areas were really well set up and it had a really cool vibe. The breakfast was great value too. The highlight had to be two staff members in particular. Harry who worked in the evenings was absolutely fantastic and was super friendly and great to chat to! Also, I didnt get her name, but she worked in the morning and I believe was relatively new to the job but she was bubbly and very chatty and nothing was too much! Absolute asset to this hostel! Just keep in mind that the 3 person room in small so space is very limited! We had trouble with the key cards constantly needing to he reset which was a bit annoying. Also the shower lacking a holder was extremely annoying. This actually caused us to have longer showers because we had to hold the shower head with one hand the whole time which kind of defeated the purpose. Also the light sensor in the bathroom was frustrating as thos went off while I was in the shower and I almost had to hop out to get it to turn on again. Little dangerous with wet floors.

Everything : people (1000/10), location, connectivity, social amenities. I wish I stayed few more days just to enjoy the company of the people I have met here. Vienna's weather/climate , as like other cities, is fast changing. As such, fans in rooms would be a simple yet very great investment in the coming years.

There were some friendly travellers in my room and the receptionist helped me a lot when I was sick with an ear infection. The cleaning woman -- I've never experienced anything like it in all my years staying in hostels. At least 30 minutes before the official check out time she comes into the room and starts cleaning. I desperately needed to use the bathroom as I had been waiting in line so I asked her if I could. She yelled at me, "No, must clean now!" She proceeded to throw disinfectant on the floor of the bathroom and hose it down. It was very weird. She is clearly unhappy at her job. Additionally, the lockers are all broken.

Staff is nice and helpful. Facilities are clean. Bed is comfy. Room is well ventilated. The outside area is nice. Location is very nice. Got in a room where the bed is right next to the glass door and there was light coming all night making it hard to sleep. Staff is nice and helpful but could use a little training, you have to ask a lot of stuff since they dont give you the full info right at the start.

Was near the train station. Good for one night stay. Wasn't that clean and it was noisy.

Great staff, the location is easily approachable, sweet decor around the entire hotel/ hostel. Also, the shared kitchen is amazing. Our bathroom smelled a bit, but was not a problem after a of bit cleaning. Also some guests were loud at night but the windows seal really good, so with closed windows it’s not a problem either.

No fan or ventilation system inside the room during summer weather made a uncomfortable to sleep good tje entire night. Staff is helpful but I don’t think they enjoy talking to guests in english that much.
