I didn’t like that my towels weren’t replaced even though we left them lying down and not hung up. Our towels were hung in the bathroom and we didn’t know whose towel belonged to who. The location is good although maybe just a little away from the city center. But that is ok!

The hotel immediately looked unique and cool while also feeling welcoming. The employees were all friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and stylishly decorated. And it’s a great price for being in a quiet corner of a prime sightseeing area.

Location is great. Bed sheets are stained. When I called the front desk the staff said he is alone and cannot bring me bedsheets. I went down to the front desk and the staff appeared very unhappy to serve me. Maybe Austrians always look grumpy and unhappy. Then when I asked them for airport details the first one had no clue about flights in and out of Vienna or the terminals. This is a hotel, surely they are trained. The checkout staff was great tho, what a true service staff in a hotel ought to be.

The cleaning staff are not cleaning the room , they just fix the bed and thats it , very minimal cleaning , which is off putting as they are all super kind . Also The toilet placement in the bathroom was a disaster, too close to the wall i wasnt able to sit properly

I would recommend a couple of improvements to enhance the guest experience. Rooms facing the street can be quite noisy at night, which may affect sleep quality. Additionally, the room and service doors are very heavy and tend to close loudly. During the morning, when housekeeping is working and accessing the storage room on the floor, the frequent slamming of doors can be quite disruptive and makes it difficult to continue sleeping. Reducing the noise from doors and housekeeping operations would significantly improve guest comfort.

Thats our second time in the hotel. Staff are very friendly and makes the experience even nicer. The rooms are very clean, not small in size. The location is super amazing. The hotel vibes overall are exceptional.

Superb location (close to venues, city centre) Gorgeous design of lobby & halls Breakfast was a pleasure - amazing coffee, tea & juices Great and helpful staff Nice room toiletries & gels/shampoos Has its own gym (sadly, didn't have time to enjoy) Has its own bar and quality restaurant Room was comfortable, but felt somewhat small Shower curtain little impractical to use (unable to avoid water on the bathroom floor) Booking via 3rd party platform does not reward Accor points - dissapointing given the high cost of stay

The staff was very helpful and friendly throughout the stay. The hotel had a very pleasant aesthetic which was memorable without being too much. The room was clean and comfortable - perfect to relax in after a full day of sightseeing. The location is unprecedented, while simultaneously being located in a pleasantly quiet area.

Only breakfast option was an expensive buffet - nothing ala carte.

The place was elegant and designed to my taste. Wr enjoyed the breakfast and good signature cocktail in the evenings. The unlimited complimentary water and coffee in the room were a pleasent surprise.

Excellent location with very clean and great customer service. Recommend unreservedly. Easily accessible to train ( local train station)
