Traditional Viennese building with beautifully remodeled interior. Great location.
-
What a great location in the city, close to many venues, parks, etc.
-
The location is ideal for sightseeing, restaurants and public transport.

No hotel stuff in the evening
-
Very comfy bed, quiet room even though facing the main road no noise at all. Friendly staff. Central location with public transport right outside the hotel Breakfast was, in my opinion, quite expensive for what was on offer.

Comfy bed, clean room, friendly staff, great location.

Excellent

The only thing I didn't like were steps inside the room to go to the bathroom. There were 10 turns in the hall to get to our room, with several ups and downs on the floor. The decor was a bit dated.

Location

The hotel is in a great location and is very near public transport, and is also in walking distance to the city center. The room is spacious and the furniture met our expectations (a large desk, ample space for storing clothing, large minibar etc). The staff was friendly and polite, and the breakfast was nice and had a varied selection. I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Vienna. The room could have been cleaned more thoroughly. Some days towels were not replaced even though they were picked up from the floor.

location, room ac was not working . it was too hot in the room and no one came to check even after front desk was informed. We had to open windows and sleep. next day also no one came to fix it.

Yes its good and nice room Very nice

Great location. Walkable to a lot of places or just a short tram ride, including the main train station. East access from the airport as well. Great friendly staffs.
-
Spacios clean room. Excelent location.

The location was great...within walking distance of the Opera House and many sights, as well as public transport and shops. The room was comfortable. While there was a kettle and a few teabags, there was no coffee at all in my room (no sachets or pods). This was a small, but disappointing thing.

Coffee was ok. Would have been nice to have boiled eggs, not just the scrambled eggs, which become overcooked on keeping warm for too long. Main problem was a very cramped shower, in which your knees and elbows had no room while you tried to get clean.
-
Location is very good you can use the trains very easily to every place you would like to go. Very clean and lovely staff. The bed was comfortable The room we stayed in had a low, sloping ceiling, probably because it was an attic. We hit our heads on this low ceiling a few times.

Practical and functional. Clean. Great location.

The room was not very amazing and I did not like it wasn’t mentioned there were stairs in the room.

Great location - we stayed one night and were able to walk to multiple interesting places we wanted to see. There are some excellent restaurants nearby and we were only about 10 - 15 minutes walk to the museum area.
