The location was excellent, in a stylish neighborhood and within a 15-minute walk of the city’s main attractions. The staff were excellent, and the breakfast was good. Since the hotel doesn’t have a large number of rooms, it has a cozy and intimate atmosphere. An electric kettle, along with tea and coffee, was provided in the room for guests’ convenience. The only negative point was that on the first night, the area of the room where the fan was located had no power. When I informed the young lady at reception, she said that she was aware of the issue but could not do anything about it at that moment and would inform the management the following day. My wife and I had to look for another power outlet ourselves and eventually found one where we could plug in and use the fan. I would have expected the reception staff to be more proactive in dealing with the issue, especially since they were already aware of the situation.

Friendly staff, great location, quiet safe area. It was unusually hot weather 40° and there was no air-conditioning in my room, the downstairs foyer was cool to sit in though. I'm sure it would be fine when the weather is usual .

Exceptional customer service with warm welcoming gesture, I was able to check in quite earlier and the receptionist explained everything so well and the room was comfy and quiet. Great breakfast. Great value and close enough to the city centre. The key was a bit tight to open or close. The shower head was getting old and water didn't come out even.

I was for a conference in University of Wien, which was very close to the hotel (10mins by walking). Also the popular places like St.Niholas cathedral is within 15 minutes of walk. Location is very convenient. The stuff is really helpful and took care whenever I asked something

Stefan was very welcoming and helpful. Location was in a quiet area that suited us well. Room and bathroom decoration seemed a little tired. €30 for breakfast seemed excessive. It was the most expensive hotel of entire trip cycling along the Danube.
