Everything about the Anantara Palace was great. The check-in process was smooth, and we were upgraded to a Junior Suite! The suites at this property are luxurious. The design is modern, with ample wardrobe space, a comfortable seating area, and a plush bed. The property is historical, and you feel that throughout.

Furthermore, after mentioning that I was traveling with my wife, the staff spontaneously organized a beautiful welcome for her. We walked into our villa to find a bottle of wine, high-quality chocolates, beautiful bed decorations, and a stunning flower bouquet. Their electric controlled showers don’t work well when showing tingles from scaling hot to frigid cold - when I expressed my concerns to the management they simply said that they would pass on to maintenance - for something this uncomfortable a more appropriate response would have been expected

The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. You can tell a lot of thought went into the design and details. The bed was super cozy and we slept really well throughout our stay. One of the highlights was the breakfast. It was excellent, with both a buffet and à la carte options. There was a great selection of fresh food, and everything we tried was delicious. The staff were friendly and professional, always making sure we had everything we needed. Overall, it was a relaxing and luxurious stay in a beautiful hotel right in the heart of Vienna. We would definitely come back and recommend it to others looking for a quiet, high-quality place to stay.
