The staff was rude sometimes, loudly the first night, you can hear everything outside the room.

The location was excellent. The city center was in reach on foot in 7-8 minutes, tram station 2 minutes way, underground 7-8 minutes away. All members of staff were so friendly and helpful at any time and made you feeling like you are a valued guest. Breakfast had everything one could wish for. On departure we had to leave the hotel at 4am in the morning and the hotel provided us was a lovingly made take away breakfast. Would book this hotel again and recommend to any traveler visiting Vienna.

First, the location is great, near the center of Vienna, the staff was great and the room very clean. breakfast was great. liked the design styling, kind of legacy design but looks good. the Room was a little small for my liking

Great location, near the grocery, quick access to public transport (metro/tram), spacious bathroom, great breakfast, helpful stuff, clean rooms and pretty much everything else. Slow elevator at busy times.

We loved everything and lovely staff members. I would suggest to have an espresso machine in the room instead of a kettle.
