The hotel was very clean and beautifully decorated. It truly captured the spirit of Vienna. The staff were very attentive, friendly, and welcoming. If I ever come back to Vienna, I would definitely stay here again.

It was comfortable and clean . The wifi worked well. The young man on reception was delightful The water in the shower was barely hot. The breakfast was terrible. The worst we’ve had in travelling for 8 weeks. The hot food was always cold even when they brought it out and the cold food was covered in flies. The staff in the breakfast room were unpleasant

Excellent breakfast! Quiet rooms, great facilities - loved that (upon request) housekeeping provided a non-slip mat for inside the tub. Safety was a priority since they want you to return your room key (not an electronic card) when you leave for the day. Upon your return you show the hotel business card provided at check-in and they give you the key. The hotel is located close to easy access public transportation, 2 grocery stores, a few stores, cafes, an Asian restaurant, and a short distance to a Farmer's Market on Saturday morning.,

Location super, staff very courteous, excellent breakfast, clean spacious rooms The pillows were awful, the Aircon was either too hot or too cold Also tried to get breakfast 5 minutes before start time on day 2 of my stay (since I had to catch a tour bus) but was told to wait till starting time to begin

Everything was just perfect. Room was big, everything inside the room was in top condition, bed was big and comfy, bathroom was clean and spotless, air conditioning was working great, the hotel was nice, well kept and quiet, location is great just 10-12 min walk from St.Stephen Cathedral, breakfast was very good with large selection of dishes, fresh fruit and veggies, cold cuts, bacon and eggs, baked beans, etc..
