Good location. Close to pedestrian zone and metro station, but out of the tourist crowd. Receptionist was kind and professional. Room was small (smaller than in description). Bed was soft and uncomfortable. Bathroom was the most problematic part of accommodation: bathtub with curtain instead of doors, old handheld shower head was leaking and spray all over the place... on top of all the bathtub was clogged. This facility supposedly has 4 star rating, but in reality it was more like 2 star hotel.

The customer service of the young woman who checked us in was great. Location is a quick walk to bridge into old town area. Steps from many good restaurants and cafés nearby. The floor we were on was still being remodeled. The bathroom was dated and water pressure wasn’t strong. Bed was comfortable but pillow was not supportive. Refrigerator was not cold.

The hotel is in a good location, close to public transportation and the city center. The air conditioning worked well. However, the room needed some additional cleaning when I arrived. there was no minibar, and the shower amenities were of low quality.

Standard rooms, located in a nice area right outside the old town. It’s quite easy to get to the airport from there.

Nice location. Close to city centre and all restaurants and shops. Outdated rooms and you can hear everything from the hallway in the room. They say 4 star hotel but its not a 4 star hotel more like 2 or 3 star

Located in a Jewish part of the city, but at a nice walking distance from the city centre. A few supermarkets in the neighbourhood. And when we visited it was very hot, so the airco was heavenly. Not much, we sometimes needed to wait for a while for the elevator to arrive. Also we understood that on one floor the airco was getting fixed, which lead other guests to complain at the nice lady in the lobby.
