The room was large and very nice. We got a deluxe room - coffee machine, bathrobes, slippers etc., at a very reasonable price. Having to pay 26 Euro for parking in a garage located a few minutes from the hotel.

Room was excellent with Courtyard view, and easy U2 / Tram access to City. Enjoyed the Bar in the evening and special mention for Unai. Nothing.

I liked the cleanliness of the hotel, the breakfast, the proximity to the subway station. The pillows were way too soft. It would have been nice to have a selection of pillow types to choose from. However, this aspect didn't influence the overall good impression of the hotel.

The hotel was spotlessly clean....the staff were amazing, always polite, and always a smile, the bedroom staff, the reception staff and the bar and waiting staff, very chatty and nothing was a problem, so thank you to all at the Imlauer Vienna x
