The room's soundproofing was really poor. All conversation and noise from the hallway could be heard inside. The shower didn't drain properly towards the end of the stay. The room wasn't cleaned on one of the days, even though there was a sign on the door indicating that it should be cleaned.

Breakfaast was decent. Room was very good. Location great. Breakfast a bit on the cheap side.

Clean and modern room. Breakfast was good. Available and gentle staff. Tv was a little bit small, hence it was hard to watch it from the bed. Pillows were a little bit too soft. Sometimes a weird smell came from the bath.

Great location, especially for Shabbat The staff and everyone was very accommodating

When we booked, we were told that we would get special vouchers to park our car. We had to figure out how to park our car in a parking garage, but it ended up working out.

The breakfast was excellent, the kitchen manager was so kind and accommodating. In fact, we were not supposed to go back. I ended up going for one more night at the end of our trip because we enjoyed this hotel so much. The location is fabulous, near Shuls, Kosher, restaurants, we rented a car and parking was not too difficult. When we booked, we were told that we would get special vouchers to park our car. We had to figure out how to park our car in a parking garage, but it ended up working out.
