In my opinion, this is a great choice for a short trip, as it was for mine. What impressed me the most was the location. The staff were friendly, the room was clean, and the Wi-Fi worked well. Although my room was next to the street, it was quiet with the windows closed. Overall, I was very satisfied with my stay and would be happy to stay there again.

The hotel is located near Vienna Mitte station, which is very convenient if you're staying for just one night. I was able to quickly drop off my suitcase at the hotel, see the heart of beautiful Vienna, wander around and admire the city's central streets for half the night, and then get a good night's sleep in a clean, small room with a good shower. I was able to hop on the CAT train early the next morning to catch my flight. Unfortunately, I didn't have time to try breakfast, but it was worth it!

We asked for a double bed and got twins beds, the bathroom was not great, the overalls bedroom not really cleaned. No early breakfast.

Location. Very close to train station, 200m. The number one place to go in the center city of Vienna, Stephansdom, is in walking distance. The elevator is old. It goes to the 4th floor and then goes to the 2nd floor where the hotel is no matter if you are going or leaving the hotel. But it is only a little annoying and funny, not a big deal. strong

Breakfast had a diversity of options including a very good marble cake. The staff is very friendly, they know me for about 10 years now. Some problems with the elevator on the first day, but fixed by the second day. Great location to local transportation and two convenient restaurants.

Great location just a block from a main train stop that can go direct to the airport. Just a few blocks from the main downtown tourist area. Room worked for what we needed. The door for the bathroom was difficult to use.

It was jsut a couple blocks from my conference location, and from the train station. I was traveling alone and felt completely safe. The staff were absolutely wonderful! So kind! The room was a bit small, but I asked for a "single," so it was fine for just me. It was a little tricky to find the entrance and get in when I first arrived, but that only took a few minutes to figure out!

Location is perfect and close to the train/metro stations. Breakfast is good. Staff were helpful. Noise level is good. It is a bit old and need renovation. Cleanliness needs to be improved (yellow pillow) . Bathroom inside room is a bit strange as it is not part of the room and added (seems like plastic box).

Amenities in room, furniture, as well as new pillows should be improved for the price.

The pillow was too bad

The Location - It is just a block away from the city train station and the mall. Many stores and restaurants nearby so everything you need is beyond reach. Easy walk to the historic center too. My room - decent, clean, comfortable bed and there's a small fridge and a desk. Wifi was strong. Bathroom has good water pressure, and it has elevator too so no need to haul a heavy luggage upstairs. Breakfast was a good assortment of bread, ham, spreads like cheese, butter and liver pate then coffee, juice or tea. I just wish the older guy in the reception/breakfast room was a bit friendlier.

Proximity to center Front desk staff screamed at me and got within 2” of my face. As i came and went he was always at the desk and always tried to stare me down and intimidate me. It ruined my stay in Vienna

Is not a hotel, is a pension

The other reception guy, who was there for most time, was very rude. He came to our room, behaved badly and switched off lights without our permission and also started shouting on us. Also when we came back in evening, he followed us till room without our permission and entered our room and behaved bad with us by telling us which lights to turn on and all. I have never faced this situation anywhere else.

The location is perfect! Close to metro, coffee shops, center city (0.7 of a mile) and grocery store. The breakfast had good options and was a good start to the day. One night around 6:30 pm , I stepped out to get dinner when I came back, I could not get the front door key to work. My hands were full one with a bag with my dinner, the other with a cup of boiling water. Since my key was not working, I rang the bell I was let in. When I stepped out of the elevator to open the door into the hotel, I was greeted by a very angry staff member. He Abruptly asked me what did I need? I replied, I didn’t need anything. I just stepped out to get my food. He then said, what do you want? I said, I don’t want anything. I’m just going to my room. He yelled at me, where was my key? I said, it was in my pocket. I was unable to get the door to work. At this point, he was in my face. I showed him my key apologize that I couldn’t get the door to work. He continue to yell at me. I finally stopped him and said, why are you yelling at me? I couldn’t get the door to work. By then he stepped out of my way to let me to my room while he continue to argue and degrade me with about ringing the bell. Let me remind you it was 6:30 in the evening, not midnight, not 9 o’clock 6:30!!!

Extremely convenient location a block from the train to the airport. The staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel was quiet, despite its location in the center of the city. From the hotel, we were able to walk nearly everywhere we wanted go in the city. The prefab bathrooms felt a bit cheap, but everything functioned well and there were no problems. In most other locations, the hotel would have been outrageously expensive for what it offers: it's a bargain hotel in a luxury location.

Big room Really hot - bu better than cold
-
Large room for the price, nice decorations, good facilities, close to Milano Centrale There was no room cleaning the 2nd day, as I was in the room at 14:00-15:00 and they didn’t came back after.

Lift working very slow.

The small lift and the dusty stairs
