MAGDAS Hotel Vienna City

The staff and food!! They made the stay so much more welcoming.

They were very helpful with an incident that we had in our room with the electricity. They got a new room and then gave us two free days of breakfast. The location was also great and I would totally stay here again. They could use a bigger elevator.

Neat rooms. Friendly staff. -

Room was spacious with a separate seating area and the bed was firm and very comfortable. The balcony and outdoor seats were a definite plus. I was traveling alone, but the unique layout of the bathroom facilities would have made sharing the bathroom easier for roommates. And nice shelving and storage space. I didn't have the breakfast, but did have drinks and a light dinner in the spacious bar area. Hotel's location was a little off the beaten path compared to other places I have stayed, but still walkable (or via subway) to most of the key Vienna sites.

The best place to stay in: comfortable, spotless clean, amazing breakfast and the staff were so friendly and helpful. It will always be my go to place in Vienna

I found out that if I had booked directly w the hotel online instead Booking my room would have been $100 cheaper per night and I would have received breakfast. Disappointing

Magdas Hotel was easy to find and only a 2 minute walk from tram stop. Friendly welcome and happy to check me in an hour early. My room was on the 5th floor with elevator access. I booked a single room just for one night and it exceeded all my expectations. Very stylish, super clean, comfortable single bed, kettle to make tea and free wi-fi. I highly recommend this hotel and would stay again. It is a sophisticated example of a social enterprise.

Location is pretty close to both subway and tramway stations. Walking distance to so many attractions. Our room has a nice balcony. Rooms are stylish and very well designed. Shower has no door, feeling like showering in the middle of the room.

I cannot say enough good things about the staff here. They went above and beyond to help me numerous times with my phone issues I was having. They were so kind and sincere. I will recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Vienna!

The bed was too firm for me. A washcloth in addition to towels would be nice, as well as hair conditioner.

This was very short stay, we only slept night due to flight cancellation. But room and hotel looked nice.

Modern and spacious room, comfortable bed

I was expecting something else from the photos and the description. Also there is no desk to work with a laptop in the room - the biggest disadvantage, was hard to find a place to work from. I thought this hotel is much much bigger. As for cleanliness - the room smelled awful from too much cleaning chemicals. This was too much cleaning. Apart from that the stay, the stuff, the location - all was great!

just stayed for one night. the bed was a bit hard. the sound proof in the room was not good. i could hear a baby cry for a long time from another room..
