nice interior, very bright and a unique apartment with great windows placement. In the morning we noticed that there are cockroaches in our room and were really unpleasantly surprised. the room appears clean, but the fact that there are cockroaches around felt unpleasant and the hygiene is too compromised.

Really clean and comfy They were working on the train early in the morning

Trains passing very close, bad windows insulation, very loud

The apartment was a very good value for three adults. We stayed in a Medium Deluxe Apartment on the 7th floor with a slanted ceiling and an amazing, large, rounded window. Self check-in worked well. There was a heatwave in Vienna during our stay, and the air conditioning was a godsend, though in the mornings it was struggling to keep things cool for some reason. We had a really nice terrace (too hot to use in the heatwave, unfortunately). A Nespresso machine was also provided. The location is quite quiet and safe - the apartment overlooked an inner courtyard and not the street with the train tracks, so we couldn't hear any of the construction noise even during the day. The closest transport stops were Tram line O and Bus 4A - not the most convenient connections for tourists, but both with short wait times. Schloss Belvedere is quite accessible on foot. On the downside, the apartment was equipped very basically - nice, quality furniture but quite spartan - no art on the walls, only 1 pillow per person, the kitchen lacked an air extractor; there was nowhere to hang any clothes and no coat hangers either; there was barely any storage either. No iron or an ironing board, no dishwashing liquid or a kitchen paper roll; just a single small bar of hand soap provided for the two sinks. Also, the complex shape of the window meant the custom curtain guiderail required care to use, and it had seen some abuse from previous guests, so it required extra care. The neighborhood is a bit soulless, too. Lots of embassies around, and it didn't feel like a real living neighborhood. Getting to the more central Tram 71 or U4 required a bit of extra walking. The train tracks coming from Rennweg Railway Station are under repair (since the end of 2025, allegedly), and this has turned the neighboring streets into one long construction site for the time being - cutting off the direct walking route to the apartment from Rennweg. Overall, none of these was a dealbreaker as long as you are aware of these specific limitations and they don't bother you in particular. Pricing was quite fair for what you get, though we feel management could have added some extra amenities to increase the guest comfort without a big investment.

The bathroom had a weird smell. The walls also had some damagw due to water seepage. The place was also small as compared to the price.

Check in was challenging as no explanations for how to find your room. Number to call was always busy so could never connect with staff. Room was in very poor condition - shower floods the room, no grates on the drains, garbage cans were broken. Blinds were broken on the few windows that had it and others didn't have any blinds. Bed mattress was ripped. Room was extremely hot with no fans. Couldn't control the room temperature. Very neglected property.

Apartment had all amenities needed for comfortable stay. Room was quiet, no noise heard from outside. Room had a kitchenette so one can prepare food at the apartment. Apartment is modern, nice looking and clean. It's location was very good as city center is within 20 mins walk. Would return to this place if visiting Vienna again. No person in reception so you have to checkin by yourself. In our case paying machine was not working so I had to call service desk to solve the problem to get room cards. Otherwise no other disadvantages.

The prompt service from customer service by telephone in the foyer. Well organised operation. The room was lovely - very well designed. And the air conditioning was a lifesaver in the heatwave! No iron provided. The rate only includes one room clean every 6 days! There should be a facility to request more frequent towel changes at least. We would happily pay extra. Only one pillow provided.

No curtains.
-
The shades were not strong enough to block the early-morning light.
-
Clean and convenient. The room was slightly stuffy as it only had skylights, and very limited kitchen implements (and no kitchen soap).
-
Check-in was smooth because staff was there, as well as for check out. There was a very noisy construction site adjacent to it.

I really dislike that there is no accessible customer service for Deaf people like me when the check-in doesn’t work or when I have a problem. Providing only a 24-hour phone number means I cannot contact you. Please consider Deaf people and anyone else who cannot make phone calls by providing a text or chat alternative

The check-in procedure is a challange, after 5 hrs. drive, to understand and apply correctly is ... not easy. NA

The internet could be faster, everything else was fine.
-
Bath reeked, sofa bed disassembled while lying on it
-
The AC or ventilation system wasn't clear. It would be better to provide and info paper for the usage. Open shower also not very ideal.
-
The blinds in the room were quite bad and not adjustable so it was hard to stop the light coming in to the room and its right above the bed

It really wasn't that clean. Plus there was a flooding issue with the shower. It wasn't clogged, it just flooded. It would flow right into the main bedroom/ kitchen. It appears to have been a problem for some time due to the visible water damage on the door/ door trim and the presence of mold in the bathroom by the door and on the door frame..
